“I 'phoned the hotel a few days before my planned stay in order to request a few things. I was extremely fortunate to have my call answered by Eliana (I hope that I have spelled this lady's name correctly). No-one could possibly have been more friendly, helpful nor intuitive. She was offering us extras for our room before I even had the chance to ask! Amazing! In fact, once we arrived, we found that the whole team was fantastic! Fortunately, our room was not one which Premier Inn has refurbished and so still retained its large desk and useful wardrobe. The free Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream YouTube at all times and the hotel is conveniently located upon York's ring road but only a short drive from the city centre.”

“Yesterday we held our 4 year old's party here at Leapfrogs. This is the second year in a row that we have held our little ones party here. Yet again, the staff at Leapfrogs were very attentive and asked us how we wanted the day rather than pushing us to certain times like other places we have been. Our son has a severe nut allergy, which they catered for so that he didn't feel excluded. No one at the party experienced any issues with the softplay itself or with the food and drink. The food provided as part of the party was just what 4 year olds needed to refuel and keep playing afterwards. All in all everybody had a brilliant time and I believe some of our friends will be booking their children's party here in the future. Thanks again, guys. Keep up the good work!”

Kind and most helpful explaining about what to expect, booking us in, showing us where to go snd generally just really welcoming. Swimming pool and steam room were great then on to the relaxation room. We went a little early so we had time to enjoy the warming beds. Room was nice (speakers a bit tinny with the music which buzzed a smidge). Then into our treatment room. Ladies were really respectful and welcoming. We had a Swedish massage and a facial. Absolutely fantastic! So relaxing and really thorough. Couldn't fault my day at all. Finished it off with one of the cafes smoothies. Also tasty. Thank you all.”

She produced a measure so I could check the container measurements (as I had left mine at home by mistake), actively helped me select the right ones within the price range I was looking for, was very knowledgeable and even took the containers I'd chosen to the checkout for me (I have arthritis) and then loaded them in to the boot of my car. Wonderful service...and the store also had a really good selection of plant containers in stock at a sensible range of prices. A full 5-star experience, thank you.”

Signage to and within the building could be more prominent for first time users but this is likely to improve over time but other than that would have no hesitation rating them so highly.
