“Amazing food. Nice little bread entrees. Starters were lovely. Nice pate, mozzarella triangles. The ribs were insane. The lasagna was too hot to eat so took it home and was lovely. Chicken liver and calzone all amazing. Price for 5 drinks(one bottle of wine) 5 starters and mains 175. Can't wait to go back!”

“We had a lovely meal here on Friday evening. The staff were friendly and attentive. The starters were excellent. The smoked mozzarella croquette was gorgeous. We then shared a pizza and a salad which is a good job as the pizza was yummy but huge. A bottle of nice Sicilian white wine was £22. Two starters, one pizza, one salad and the wine was £30 each including a tip. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.”

“Honestly the most authentic Italian restaurant you’ll find in this country. Food is incredible. I’ll be thinking about how succulent the ribs were till my next visit. The specials menu lobster was an absolute delight. Sea food is so fresh and you can tell each dish is freshly made for order. The staff are completely on it. Worth every penny. We will be back!”

“Review of Sambuca Armley Italian Restaurant I recently visited Sambuca Armley, and it was an absolute delight! We started with the spicy king prawns and lemon pepper king prawns as appetizers—both dishes were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. For our main course, we had the salmone pasta in a creamy white sauce, which was equally impressive. The freshness of the ingredients and the balance of flavors made each bite memorable. We were able to take advantage of their special which runs Mon-Thu so we got a starter and main for just £13.95. The ambiance was cozy, and it felt like a hidden gem it was just a stone’s throw from home. I only wish we had discovered this place sooner! If you’re ever in the Armley area and love Italian cuisine, you must give Sambuca a try. I can’t wait to go back!”

“This place managed to squeeze us in at the last minute on a Friday night. The Spanish bar maid was absolutely lovely, and the chap who served up was great too. We sat downstairs and I absolutely love the rustic feel and the seating arrangements/tables and style. For only the second time in the UK, I felt like I was actually in a tapas restaurant, eating actual Spanish tapas and drinking Spanish wine. Our date was perfect, the food was so good with our particular favourites being the chorizo croquettes, the duck, onion and cheese plate (sorry forgot the name, if the owner replies to this please name that dish!!!) And the Spanish meatballs. The food was so good, I actually forgot to take a picture until we were half way through the dishes, very unlike me. Perfect food. Perfect atmosphere, perfect date. “An absolute gem of a restaurant! Fantastic location, plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Food is fab and a great menu to chose from and there is something for everyone! The skewers are so tasty, the tiramisu is to die for and the range and choice of drinks complement each and every dish. Well worth booking so don’t arrive and be disappointed! Staff are super tentative and friendly and made our meal special. Thanks and already looking forward to coming back again soon!”

“Lovely breakfast buffet. None of the cheap ingredients that you usually get on a buffet, all proper stuff and very tasty. Have as much or as little as you want for £7.99. Unlimited refills on tea and coffee too. Pub was clean and bright with plenty of seating inside and out. Staff very friendly and helpful. No ales on the bar unfortunately (not that I wanted one with breakfast)”

“Stunning food, great service. We had a fantastic experience. We asked to share our starters, no problem at all. We had asparagus and the scallops. Both beautiful. The lamb was beautiful too very tastes and cooked medium rare which is just how I like it. I am sure they would cook it to your preference. , I had it with the blackened carrots. Cod was so chunky too and cooked to perfection. We were so full but we had the cheeseboard and again it was delicious and even put on extra crackers! Lovely birthday and anniversary treat we Will definitely be back Thank you!”

“Absolutely beautiful food and very accommodating they let me order off the other menu with more vegan options . I had a vegan starter and main and they were both amazing and the presentation was like eating at a very expensive restaurant. My partner and kids had non vegan food and the presentation was just as good and their feedback was that the flavour was top notch. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to eat out locally and would even encourage people to travel to eat here. I will be returning and thank you for a warm atmosphere and again beautiful food.”
