I don’t normally come to this branch and didn’t catch her name but popped in with my little girl over an ailment she had for some advice. She was so lovely and helpful. “All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Conor, Tania and Holly and others have done their best to try to find me some shoes to fit my dodgy feet. I wear orthotics, have a left size 7 and a right size 8, both wide, one flat which has had surgery and both are painful. I have returned numerous pairs after trying them at home and not once have I been viewed as a nuisance. They go out of their way to try to find shoes to fit. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and will return once the autumn ranges are in stock.”

“Had carpets replaced in 4 rooms plus stairs/landing. Customer service was excellent. Got a good price on a quality carpet, fitters were very skilled and professional. Had to rearrange a couple of dates due to a muscle strain, (we were offered the option of paying for the room clearing service but chose to do it ourselves), we gave a few days notice and all was rearranged easily and seamlessly. I really appreciated the positive, can-do attitude and highly recommend Fully Floored. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m so delighted, these guys deserve every success.”

“Shop is full of some cool new gadgets and all the staff are lovely people. Great for almost anyone! Never feel like I leave this place! Staff seem to know their stuff which is really handy when you're not completely sure what you are looking for. Only down side is a very small unit could do with being bigger!”

“Came into the store with my newborn baby and was delighted to find the feeding room! It had a very comfortable feeding chair with changing facilities and an activity board on the wall to keep a toddler entertained. This transformed my shopping experience which would otherwise have been quite stressful. I wish everywhere had one.”

“Hello. I visited the Acomb store this afternoon with my brother who is in a wheelchair. Th till assistant helped me outside with the shopping and waited with my brother whilst I went for the car. The security guard then helped by folding and loading the wheelchair. We are new to managing a wheelchair and the help was so god to have, particularly with the heat of the day. Thank you so much for your kindness.”

“Brilliant outfit shop. There's a variety in items that caters to your style. Whether that be vintage with the area in the corner of the top floor, worn down wear with the aesthetic of UO's own brand, and others. The addition of a vintage wear section is brilliant, the renewal of older clothes kept in mint condition is excellent. Although, there are a lack of mirrors in places other than the changing rooms upstairs. If you're trying to casually try bits on, it's a little hard to find somewhere to see yourself. Whenever I come into the York city, this is the main place I go as they're so few and far between. Very great store!”

“This Tescos is amazing. The spectacular staff members embrace themselves as they are very friendly, especially in dotcom! It’s a very spacious place and everyone is welcome (unless they don’t like you ! ) it’s open 6am till midnight Monday till Saturday! 10-4 on a Sunday! It’s a very efficient place to shop and they is loads of choice! They even is a little hospital at the back and a scanner! Such an exciting place to go on a Saturday instead of the beach! Sometimes they do a Christmas party! Excellent !!”
