“Wonderful vets , couldn't have been more helpful . Sadly our lovely boy Buddy had to be put to sleep but the whole experience was handled so sensitively . In particular the nurse who assisted us on the day was so kind and thoughtful . Also great communication from the vet and they assisted with direct insurance payments which our usual vet had sadly refused to do . Will most definitely be using them in future .”

“Nilz & Harley’s doggie day care service is fantastic. They will collect your dog from home and drop them back. This saves so much time in the morning getting organised I don’t have to worry about her one bit. I know she’s in great hands and will have an active a fun packed day. They’re always thinking of new ways to engage the dogs brains and keep things fresh. They also send you photos and videos occasionally of your pup loving life. X”

“Good place recommend going for your dog or other animal. Animals are welcome inside the shop, has a animal grooming centre up on the second floor (also has a lift). Definatly recommend. Sell fish, rabbits, rats, e.t.c. Sells a variety of different products.”

“Went in looking for a crate tray. It needed to be ordered in, but the staff were very helpful and polite. Ended up spending a small fortune on my furry friend, but their black furday offers were extremely good. Photo for cuteness. Many thanks!”

“Did a great job with my cat, Tolkien back in May. I was a bit nervous about booking him in, as he can be a bit nasty when it comes to getting groomed at home. They helped me through understanding the approach and options- I used an oral sedative from the vet, which settled him enough for them to do a great job, de-shedding his winter coat and freshening him up. I would definitely recommend them and will be back.”

“Stayed here for one night . Great value, easy check in, clean room , everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking . The best part was the breakfast , staff are so happy, cheerful and friendly ! Service with a smile , even a little Christmas sing song , food was perfect ! I love a breakfast made to order, poached eggs at their finest . Made to feel very welcome . Big shout out to Julie and Emma, they were brilliant , their jovial demeanour made a lovely start to my day .well done to both of them, thank you for looking after us !”
