“Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.”

“Really helpful staff! I bought a coat from them in April (Ogston lightweight) but unfortunately it had developed a flaw, upon showing the ladies in the store i was told i could choose a replacement or send off for a repair. I opted for a replacement! I chose a 6Oz Sylkoil jacket, the Bristol i believe, and it fitted great in an XL (it's a slim fitting jacket) but it was simply too long. The lady in the store then shown me the Ashby which is the same design, just shorter, it fit perfeclty in the same size, and the length was perfect too, making it really suit me! Love my new jacket, worn it more this past week since getting it than my ogston had in total! Will be back for sure!”

“11 months ago - Ordered 2 dresses and had a problem returning one dress, was invited to the shop to return instead which I didn’t mind, when I got there, the manager took care of everything swiftly for me and apologised for any inconvenience caused. Refund me there and then , his customer service is warm and welcoming, really appreciate it, thank you. Returning in store this weekend to find something last minute and can’t talk highly enough about the staff and quality of the clothing, so happy I came in store, never fails me!”
