βMy normal place to go. Always finding parking, good selection on produce! Clean!β
βGood for groceries or students buying stuff. It's also clean, the staff are good, and the prices are reasonable. I go here occasionally since I'm at university nearby.β
βGreat store, very tidy and very helpful particularly Amber, that provided me with a face mask on arrival (as I'd forgotten my own), then went into the store's storage area to personally find me a 5 litre container of car screen wash. Really helpful service all round.!β
βTook my car to be checked over. Mark was very helpful from start to finish. After all My car only needed a new battery which was supplied and fitted the same day excellent service highly recommended this placeβ

βMy Ford transit MOT was due I had tried to fix my halogen spotlight but there was a fault. However, the mechanic Mo found the wiring fault and fixed it for freeβ¦ And reception manager Cassie and Wez also refused to take any payment and insisted this was all part of there customer careβ¦ TOP MARKS 10/10β
βMyself and my cats have been shopping here every week from October this year. Collette at the customer service desk calls for someone to help me. The food is great and those who work there are amazing. It is good to go to a shop where you know everyone and they know you. I would reccommend Tesco Frodsham Street to everyone who lives at or is visiting Chester.β
βIt's a great place to get Fresh fruit n veg. Great staff, it's one of our regular shops when we visit. Great choice of merchandise. We never leave Chester without having something nice from here. Also so refreshing to have a proper shop.β
βJust started a long journey and the pressure warning came on. They changed the Tyre immediately for me and showed me the issue. Really helpful and stopped everything so that I could continue on. Fantastic service, explained everything and gave me a choice of 3 tyres.β
βToday I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by managementβ
βNipped in today for a few last minute bits for Christmas. The shop was clean and organised and well stocked. All the staff are doing a wonderful job and the young girl with the glasses on the check out was lovely. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Over all a pleasant experienceβ
βI visited store other day helped by Rebecca who was amazing friendly extremely helpful i needed something couldn't find it and she went out of her way to find for me, I was also helped by Rob again unbelievable it was busy in store and he was helping everybody carried everything to till, I was buying a display product as out out of stock he dismantled all and helped me. Thank u so much.β
βMy wife went into Currys to buy a new mobile phone, once she had looked at a few phone's she asked an assistant several questions, he was very polite and answered all the questions my wife put to him. Then they went through the payment options. My wife chose the best option for her and the phone was delivered the very next day to our home. Most phones are in the shop but with it being Christmas it had to come from the local warehouse. Definitely recommend Curry's a visit.β
βI called in there today, for one item. However, I left with five. I could have bought more. They are well stocked.Their sandwiches are the best! Lovely staff too. AND they sell proper custard slices!β
βRegular old Sainsbury's, parking was reasonable although paying for parking is a bit rubbish. It's been a long time since I visited Crosby it was quite and looking run down.β
βOn holiday, Tony and Adam were excellent! Very Customer friendly and so helpful! Happy Customer.β
βHonestly one of the most pleasant Tesco Expresses there is. This and another are very close by mine, so Iβll often go into this one. It has a great layout and a decent selection (although no low-fat hummus nor bruschetta sauce). One of the pleasant surprises is that the security guard is incredibly friendly and nice. Most tend to be gruff and not so friendly. Youβll occasionally have a rough sleeper outside whoβs also quite nice and loves caramel lattes and is very grateful when you ask him if heβd like a coffee on a cold night. He doesnβt bother anyone though. The security will sometimes have a nice chat with him by the door, and itβs nice because youβve someone who typically is regarded as scary treating another person, whoβs typically ignored, as an actual human being. Never had a bad experience in this Tesco after being in probably 50 times now.β
βI've never had anything repaired, but everytime I've been in to buy something small and obscure, the owner has always had it in, and a few times has just given me it because he had loads. A nice little independent shop that has been around for years. He obviously deals with a lot of "interesting" characters in Birkenhead, so can understand some of the reviews saying he is rude - I never experienced this, but I would probably be the same after 20 years.β
βHi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. He was kind, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked him his name, and he said it was Kieran. I'd just like to thank him so much for his help and to say he is an asset to your store x. Thank you Kieron from Geraldine court xβ
βI've been into the shop help full fandle Run shop. Leave rhe small shops alone We to support themβ
βI think the shop has changed for best staff seem happier shelves are fuller I find the manager very friendly as all the staff are .β
βThe store is large, and organised the same as any sports direct: shoe and textiles and in the textiles its split between gender and age; purpose and then brand. Admittedly the store is over crowded with stock, and it is difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair at the front. However, if you ask a member of staff (usually there is one at the front) they will move stands for easier access. Stock is placed very high, though self-help hooks are available for customers to use, and usually staff will help you out (if they're available). Unfortunately, like all Sports Directs, it is often under staffed, though Honestly some of the complaints about staff are utterly ridiculous. I've been many times and frequently purchased from the store and staff have always been perfectly polite (where appropriate). If anything staff are only rude when customers are rude to them. I recently witnessed one instance where this one girl stood and listened to a customer's tirade for over fifteen minutes (politely ask him to move after she'd served him, so she could serve others- he didn't) before- nearly in tears- she snapped back that if the customer had a problem with staff he should bring it up with the manager (which clearly she wasn't), and explained that she was not her to be yelled at, for any reason. She indicated who her manager was, and said if the customer now had a problem with her too, then he should also tell the manager. After he left, she turned to the couple in front of me and apologised for both the incident and the wait. When she served me, she did the same and I assured her that it was not a problem. Seriously the biggest problem in this store is OTHER customers, they're usually rude or ignorant and will deliberately cut in or interrupt staff as they are dealing with other people. Best to avoid at peak times as this is usually when the worst customers are in store.β
βGreat shop, great bargains, great top shelfβ
βTesco's cafe is always a friendly place to visit. Great staff.β
