“I went into the store on the way home from a wedding to pick up some food on the go. I'm coeliac, so I asked whether they do gluten free sandwiches. They didn't have any, but the lady I asked has offered to make me sandwiches on tje back if I pick up some gluten free bread and ingredients. I was truly touched, it's so hard to grab food on the go that's gluten free. This was great customer service, keep up the good work!”

“Popped in with no appointment and Kate was on hand to guide us to make two purchases. All the team were very helpful. Kate was particularly knowledgeable on advising us towards the right sofas. Our delivery requirements are a bit unique and could cause a challenge so we accept that in advance as Kate talked us through the process and timings. The price also seemed very reasonable too. “We visited the Kitchen company showroom with a few pictures and ideas and asked them if they could provide something like the look we wanted. From the outset they offered us not only what we wanted but options and choices using their creativity, experience and expertise but never pushing us to have anything that we didn’t want. On our numerous visits to the showroom we were always given a warm welcome and were given time to work out the details of our kitchen. In October the kitchen was fitted and we could not be happier with the result and the workmanship of Paul, Phil and Jim. Steve, Jimmy, David and all of the Kitchen company team have given us a kitchen that other companies could not create. They respected our budget whist maintaining their high standards and quality.”

I couldn’t find where the prawn crackers were and they were on the stock shelf instead of on sale. So she told me to wait right there and got a stool to get them down for me. she was really polite and very kind so I thought I’d leave a nice review ❤️”

“Staff always go above and beyond especially security. My little boy had thrown his shoe out the pram yesterday , as I was looking for it a Tesco worker was looking for me and informed me they’d put it on the desk for me. Security collected the shoe and even put it back on to help me ( it was a manic shopping trip) , he didn’t realise how much he was helping me out. I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ve never come across staff as nice as in here.”

“Probably not the best Asda ever, but a polite and helpful staff member went out of her way to find me a sachet of bread sauce. Therefore saving Christmas!”

“Morrisons Leigh is lovely and clean. Not a lot of hussle and bustle as in some of the bigger superstores I've been too. There's one way in and then they've put another way to go out. Cleaning stations before you go in and just inside the foyer. Has a wide range of products. Not a lot of clothes but quite a selection of children's clothes. Household good and everything in between. If something has run out in one supermarket, I recently couldn't find catfood that my cat normally eats anywhere, popped in, and more than a good selection. Has a deli section, that does close earlier than the supermarket. It's usually open until 10pm weekdays.”

“I love my local co-op! Up to recent events whereby we have a shortage of truck drivers to deliver groceries etc,I was able to buy quite a lot of my weekly shop here. Sadly,I am seeing a lot of empty shelves and are finding I have to visit a bigger supermarket 5 miles away in order to get hold of produce that isn't always available at the co-op at the moment . Shopping at my local co-op is a more personal experience because most of the time I know the staff who are always ready to exchange pleasantries and a little small talk. The parking can be a bit chaotic at certain times,so you have way up when the best time to go if you want to avoid that one!!”
