“Wonderful trip on the river Dee today on the Mark Twain £10 for an adult. Really enjoyed seeing the city from the river looks very different. Very informative commentary. Very friendly staff. Would recommend going on one of the many boats, family tickets available.”

“I had a wonderful dining experience at The Partridge after a walk around Marbury Park. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. They were also very accommodating to us with dogs, staff also giving them a fuss and a biscuit each (we had 3 spaniels), which created a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. Overall, a lovely meal and an enjoyable visit. Will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend the ‘Partridge buddha bowl with added Halloumi’ which tasted delicious.”

“Great location. Lots of parking. Very friendly welcoming staff on all shifts. Lovely spacious room. Clean and well maintained hotel - both the room and all public areas. Particularly liked how fresh and clean the main reception and restaurant area smelled. Breakfast was really good, great selection.”

“As visiting family nearby decided on an overnight stay on the area. Wasn't too sure as in a busy area, but was pleasantly surprised. Very quiet, excellent attentive staff exceptionally clean and lovely views across the hills even seeing darwin tower. Lots of food places alongside and a lovely decking seating balcony to sit and eat.”

“Lovely location, right next to the racecourse. An easy 10 minute walk to the city centre. Place is compact, clean and tidy with 2 good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite. Excellent.”

“Absolutely brilliant stay for my birthday, staff were so attentive and made me feel fabulous. Food was great and the drinks flowed. Decorated table, card, birthday pudding, fizz and a framed pic as memento. Special shout out to Mike but all staff were great.”

“As someone traveling from the States to visit Wrexham AFC, Station Car drivers were very hospitable. I used them for in-town travel during my 2 weeks in Wrexham. The only time I had an issue with a pick up, it was because I gave the wrong pick up address. They helped me figure out where I was, and picked me up without a sour attitude. Will definitely use them every time I come back!”

“Been using Chrysalis Holidays for a few years now for my Grand daughter who has Autism and other complex problems. These holidays are really good for them to have some time away from their homes. Being honest, you have to have the right, specially trained staff, with understanding of the clientsl requirements who has experience and understanding of the individual needs of each person . Otherwise the holiday can fail, the client can become stressed and this causes more unrest when they get home again. Sadly, I have found not all Staff have the above , with more training being required. Luckily we found one staff member that was quite willing to learn about my grand daughters needs and complexity, so she has good holiday when with her. There have been other times when this didn't happen and made life at home very disruptive and unsettled for quite some time However, her last two Holidays went very well and she came back quite happy. Over all, Chrysalis Holidays are an extremly great idea and my grand daughter loves going on holiday with them, and it's her that matters, nothing else.”

“I booked a min bus to run guests from our wedding at Nunsmere Hall back to local hotels in September 2022. It was a bit of an unknown as I didn't know how many guests would actually need a lift but this didn't matter, they were so accommodating. Super easy to get in contact with and nothing was too much bother. 100% Recommend!”
