“Absolutely amazing. They managed to transform my dark, gloomy & depressing tiny kitchen into a light, bright place that looks twice the size. Christian & James came round to discuss ideas & what could be done - no hard sell, no pressure & they worked within my budget without sacrificing quality. I cannot rate Robbie & his team highly enough, the nightmare they encountered due to the previous owner & his DIY ‘skills’ was dreadful, however they dealt with everything encountered with good humour & a smile (well to me anyway..) & made sure everything was clean & tidy before leaving every day. I cannot fault the service provided, including Michele who co-ordinates everything & kept me up to date at every step of the way. An extra thanks to Robbie & Phil who went above & beyond - absolute stars.”

“Would highly recommend! We had an initial design appointment with Keith who was so friendly and helpful, he really helped to bring our vision to life. As our building works were delayed, they kindly accommodated and stored the kitchen in their warehouse until we were ready for delivery. The delivery driver was also fantastic and friendly. We had a few issues post-delivery with our oak worktop and a few missing items but once again, Keith went above and beyond and helped as soon as he could to send out any replacements. We now have our dream kitchen thanks to him!”

“I don't ordinarily post reviews, but the staff in this store were extraordinarily helpful, to an extent that went beyond normal customer service, and they suggested leaving a positive review would be a good way of expressing my gratitude - hence this post. I needed some bolts and washers to assemble a chair and, due to being pretty hopeless when it comes to DIY, initially bought the wrong product. When I returned to the store with the chair frame, store manager Vishal not only assisted me in buying the correct items but actually helped me assemble the chair in store. I was also refunded for the wrong items I'd bought. This is not a service I really had any right to expect, so wouldn't have been at all put out if Vishal had not been able to assist me, but I was extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent service all round, which I hope will be recognised by the employer (ideally, with good pay, terms, and conditions on an ongoing basis, not just a certificate saying "well done").”

He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.”

This is standard over most stores. The cost is too high, If they hire more staff, they up the cost of products to make up the lose. That is how businesses work. Most places don't accept cash. This has been the case for years. Soon no one will. Just something that needs to be accepted.”
