We started a full ground floor renovation and the kitchen was integral in our design but we were at a loss, that is until we ventured into Wren in Hayes and were introduced to a great chap by the name of Amardeep. Our budget was set and we had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure how to bring the idea to life but thanks to spending time and a number visits back and forth with Amardeep. We’d increased and stretched our budget but with every change we made Amardeep came back with a resolution with 3D rendering designs down to the mm. Things we hadn’t thought about but with his vast knowledge of kitchens and designs it wasn’t an issue. He exceeded our expectations and gave us a kitchen that has proved to work flawlessly in our day to day life. Even the after sales support was on point. So not sure if you’ll read this but thank you Amardeep!!”

“I had been in search of a new dining table for a few months and having not ventured into Croydon Centre for over a year was unaware that there is a great Next Outlet store in the Centrale Centre. Now when I say that this is a great store let me clarify, whilst the store is well stocked it is not your high-end retail store but it makes up for its shortcomings with a fantastic team of customer service personnel. I found a team of three young ladies moving, wrapping and selling large items of furniture, seemingly all at once, these ladies were taking the multi-tasking skill to a whole new level. Laura, Seratu and Teressa are truly a force of nature and if you need an example of exemplary customer service then look no further, I received absolutely first class service from Seratu when purchasing my Laura Ashley side table, as I needed to know the original price and material and she took the time to look up the item online and provide me with the requested information which allowed me to make an informed choice and purchase an item I had no intention of buying when I entered the store. If you are in need of furniture or clothing you would be crazy not to check out some of the great deals available at the Next Outlet Store in Croydon, located on the ground floor of the Centrale Shopping Centre. Also when we were at checkout, my brother found a TP link wifi adapter which you plug into your computer and can give you better wifi speed for ur wifi on that computer. i went from 200-300mbps download on my community fibre wifi which are good speeds, but now i got 700-860mbps. My Samsung galaxy S10 phone wasn't charging properly for months, thought I needed a new battery which would have cost me around £30, they sent off for a new battery, then checked my phone and discovered it was abit rusty inside, it was cleaned at no costs and now works perfectly. I didn't need the new battery. I also asked advice about a universal TV remote control for my Bush TV that i had purchased from ebay, brand new but it wouldn't work, i was blown away, these guys trusted to lend me a remote to try and return if it didn't work, unfortunately it didn't work, so I returned the remote the next day.
