“It was so easy to book in for a free health check on my battery and I was seen earlier than my appointment time ! Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. I was very pleased with the efficient and helpful service from Dave and would highly recommend Halfords for car check.”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

“Attended on Sat 11th Oct at 10-11am, I had an issue with my daughter’s bike, I did not have an appointment we just walked in. We was kindly seen by Ronnie, although he was obviously busy with several people waiting, he managed to fit us in, not only did he fix the problem we had but also checked the bikes breaks, and pumped up the wheels for us. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly and we appriciate the service he provided. At the time of visit the store was very busy and he had several people waiting with appointments but he still managed to see us and exceeded our expectation of the visit.”

“I had the best experience at the Catford Halfords branch. I went in for my appointment to repair a chip on my windscreen and from the very start the service was excellent. A guy called Jay was very helpful with my booking and also when I decided to buy new wiper blades, he took the time to help me choose the right ones. The chip repair was done by a lady called Sam and she was absolutely amazing. You could see how much she enjoys her job. She was friendly, professional, explained every step clearly, and even brought a bit of fun and positivity by singing along while she worked – and she had a great voice too.
