“I've used this branch for ten years or more without issues until recently. After a service, My Mercedes App and the vehicle still showed that service was due. On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”

The studio has moved to new premises and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, if I contact them via insta they reply really quickly and have been nothing but very helpful actually I would say going above and beyond at times so thank you to whoever is responding to me, I have cancelled classes via the app and have received refunds straight away and if I want to book full studio hire via email the team responding has been quick and very helpful (Shannon). The teachers are great here and the offer they have on is amazing, such a great variety of classes to choose from. I really like to hire the small studio which is great if you want some private time but even pole hire is cheap and you get longer than other places. I really like this place! Rock up wearing what you like and no one bats an eyelid, sling on your best stripper shoes if you feel in the mood and teaching that is explained and taught in a way that you understand. Oh and I will add they have a very good floor which is important for all that sliding and rolling around.”

“Update on 31/05/2023: Tesco made significant changes in this branch. evri printer always works. The layout of the shop is reorganised and much better. They added 2 self service tills, so it helps with the queue. Finally, you can pay the petrol at the pump, so you don’t need to go in. This is very helpful! Previous review: 1. You need to sort out your Hermes drop services as the printer is never working. Every time, you need to go there with your printed barcode or you won’t be able to leave your parcel. 2. So many shelves work going on in busy hours. Because it is a small grocery/petrol station, I wish they prioritise the customers and find a way to shelve products without those big metal cages. 3. The employees are mostly very helpful as we asked their help many times and they happily helped. 4. The security’s job is not easy since they experienced some bad events over the last months and they are trying to do their best. Good luck with that. 5. We went there in middle of the night for petrol. There were people inside but the shop was closed. You could pay on the petrol pumps but somehow they said it is closed and we are not able to buy petrol. It was a little bit confusing and we left for another petrol station.”

“I’ve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised I’ve never left a review even though I’m really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but it’s always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!”

“Swim weekly at this pool. Since being taken over by Better in January 2024, the staff, upkeep and management of the pool has really improved. There are more times to swim, the pool is a good temperature, and the facilities during the day are very clean and tidy. Changing rooms recently repainted and repairs always taking place, which is very different to previous management by Fusion. The staff are friendly and reliable, and there’s a community of regulars. It’s an old pool but very welcoming and suits me perfectly. My child also has swimming lessons here and it’s a delight seeing her progress from a splashy mess to a decent back-crawl in nine months - the changing room is dirtier during evening lessons but that’s because parents/carers and children leave their shoes on.”
