Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.”

“I came rushing into this store in a mess and a hurry. AirFrance had lost my luggage and I had some important meetings to attend. I had no time and very little patience for shopping. In my frenzied state, I was glaring around for a staff member and locked eyes (unfortunately for her) with ARI, who was probably thinking "Oh dear, what does this angry woman looking like a drowned rat want from me." I have the pleasure of reporting that Ari was absolutely WONDERFUL. All I had to tell her was, "I need 3 jeans, 3 tops, 3 socks, a pair of shoes and a jacket" and with one look, she was away, recommending the precise fits and complementary cuts, and the right colors to create a makeshift capsule wardrobe. Everything flattered, everything worked. I can't believe I actually started enjoying the process! She has SUCH an innate sense of ESSENTIAL and EFFICIENT style with just a pop of subdued flair, that especially for a busy person, she was the perfect personal stylist! Bonus points for showing me how to style the jacket so I don't look like Hugh Hefner in a bathrobe, and an extra MASSIVE thank you for taking the time and trouble to measure, pin, and cut a pair of jeans that were too long! I think I was in and out within 30 minutes thanks to this magnificent individual! ARI YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER! Dear Mango Management, I hope you check your google reviews, because you're incredibly lucky to have this gem!! With one great hire, you've now made me a Mango fan. May I also point out that your other girls here are lovely as well, and I got a fantastic shoe recommendation from a tall, blonde lady with long hair secured in a low pony tail (apologies for not getting your name!) who's personal recommendation based on the fact she buys a pair of the Mango leather boots every single year, sold me on them. “Tesco Harlesden is without a doubt one of the best stores around. The staff here are absolutely brilliant at what they do; always helpful, supportive and quick to assist whenever you have a question. The security team and the overall experience in store are phenomenal making every visit smooth and stress free. There are truly no failures or faults amongst the staff they all work incredibly hard to keep everything running perfectly. I want to give a special mention to Akash and Mo, two of the hardest workers in the store; they constantly go above and beyond making sure shelves are stocked, the store runs smoothly and that customers are well looked after. They really bust their backsides to keep everything in top shape and it shows. Their dedication and work ethic don’t go unnoticed, and they’re a real credit to Tesco Harlesden. “We love our Wren kitchen! Our designer, Nathan made the whole process completely seamless and enjoyable. He took a lot of time and care with us when designing our kitchen and was very patient with all of our questions. His background in construction was noticed as he was very knowledgeable when giving advice with our build (we were knocking down walls and reconfiguring piping as part of our kitchen design). All of the staff that we dealt with at Wren were very professional and helpful, including Humza and Darcy. We used our own fitters and had no problems with the installation as instructions were clear.”

“I had an absolutely delicious pizza from the Loughton Papa Johns. It was prepared and delivered with care in an expected time frame. The pizza was delivered hot being almost fresh from the oven. Even the tomato base was succulent and tasty. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy.”
