“Really love this shop, located in a great area. Its not to big but is laid out well and easy to find the sections you need i.e. boys or girls and baby items. It is so child friendly a they have the table with the colouring things out and the staff are lovely when the children touch the toys or take the scooters to ride on. Good prices on clothes and other items i would say. Love the staff in their they are so friendly and chatty and make you feel so welcome.”

“I frequently use the Click and Collect service at Next in Sydenham primarily because it's convenient for parking. However, I've often find they always have a high turnover of new staff who really seem unsure of the procedures, which can be quite inconvenient. Well fortunately during THIS visit when I was ready to walk out because one of the new staff was unable to help me with my packages, when I had just been waiting over 15 minutes, I saw one of the other workers who assisted me previously named Alex who is fantastic. This was the second time he had helped me, and his knowledge about the store is truly impressive. He quickly took my order number, located my package within minutes, and even informed me about a delay with another package. What really stood out was Alex's willingness to assist beyond his usual duties, he even helped me carry my packages to my car, which was a huge relief on a previous visit as I had a walking crutch at that time. His exceptional service made my frustrating experience much more manageable. I would like to say that Alex has the potential to excel in a management role. His expertise and customer service skills could greatly enhance the training for new and other staff members, leading to a more efficient and positive experience for customers like me. He is definitely a true asset to the team, and I genuinely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. His knowledge should not go to waste, and promoting him could significantly improve the service and customer satisfaction, especially that most customers generally give a bad review about this particular store. Anyway, all 5 stars for you Alex - Thank you!”

“I had an incredible experience at NEXT Hounslow (Treaty Shopping Centre) that I’ll never forget. On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. Thank you to everyone at NEXT Hounslow – you didn’t just help me find a scent, you made a memory that will stay with me for a lifetime.”

“I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. “Got held up in roadworks and arrived on the dot of 7pm as store was closing. All staff went above and beyond so i could collect my online item needed for child's holiday. They had already closed the till but reopened it for me. During this and other visits, all staff on the click and collect and menswear were amazing. There is one more reserved member of staff who seems less in tune with customers but that won't detract from this well earned 5 star review. You never know what's going on for people and she did her job. Not everyone can smile all the time and i didn't take it personally. All the other team members were amazing. FYI NEXT your qr codes don't work? And well done for range of affordable summer clothing and swimwear for all the family, the online swimwear selection was great.”

One of the staff (her colleague said she is the bra's expert:)) helped me more than one hour to choose different bras and nursing shirts. I have to go to the hospital for an earlier induction in 3 days, I feel so nervous and her kindness made me feel a bit better and calmed. She gave me a goody bag as well as a gift after my purchase!
