“Wow, everyone in the store today was so helpful and friendly. Called to reserve the trainer my daughter wanted and they were behind the till when I arrived. Turns out my daughter asked for the wrong size so I had to call again reserve the right size and go back in to change them. The phone was answered quickly both times and the lady I spoke to was super helpful and then everyone was really nice when I was in the store.”

She directed me on which shoe styles she thought were the best fit for me and even measured my feet for me. The shoes I picked in the end were available in my size in Croydon, not in this establishment, but I had a fantastic experience here regardless.”
