My prescription was sent the G.P. this morning at around 11 a.m. By the time I drove from the surgery down to the chemist, which is about 10 minutes, the prescription was almost ready apart from one item. Waited for a minute or so and all my items (about 10 medications) were sorted out and I walked out thinking they deserve a mention. This morning three people need singly out, pharmacist Dipa, assistant Bharat and Kushi for their outstanding attention to detail. More power to owner Reema.”

Gathering as much information as he could about my dodgy knee, he also discovered a couple of things himself then gave me some tips on how to make things better rather than worse, such as an exercise I could do at home that I wouldn’t have found online. He was very focused, professional and helpful but not pushy. If my circumstances change then I will book more sessions.”
