“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. Coordination, scheduling and payment has been super smooth and CourtFit is responsive via chat which is very helpful! “Wonderful experience (not what you would say about an MOT Garage) but this is not your average MOT garage. One stop shop for everything car related. They did the mot on my car and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced even changed a tyre all at very competitive prices. Ali the Manager is a very nice man and MOT tester Sammy was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.”

“We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th Birthday here, and it was the most wonderful day! We love the farm, and knew it would be perfect for all ages, and for any adults attending without children as there’s so much to see and do. We didn’t know that the team would do so much to help us with the party! Everything got taken from us when we arrived so that they could keep it safe, our guests could hand over presents upon arrival, and the team carefully went through the party bags to set the room up and make it look incredible! They talked us through everything to make sure we knew what to expect, double checked the party list, let us add more names etc They even fixed one of the party bag items for me that broke in transit. Bowls were provided for the crisps we brought, knives and boards and lighters for the cake, balloons were blown up, extra food was ordered. They then kept everything safe until the end of the day, and it was such an easy and well thought out experience!”

“6 years ago, we started to look for nurseries for our first born near where we lived (quite far from Adventures) and really didn't get that same impression as when we stepped foot in Adventures Day Nursery for our first visit. Throughout the past 6 years, we've been fortunate enough to have the dedicated team look after both our sons and the love & affection shown is above anything we've seen at any nursery. I’ve found it’s been worth those long drop offs in the morning and those times I'd need to have my laptop with me to start work. It's clear Kim has taken her love of this work and spent time hiring staff who share that same passion to create this unique environment. This become particularly important when our 2nd child was diagnosed with a range of allergies, and it meant we were even more cautious around nursery care. However, the Adventures Team were able to accommodate and have made him feel very included in all activities. Sadly we're now coming to end of this journey, we can't help but recommend Kim & the wider team.”

“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. “I visited Black Country Park this past Sunday morning to try the Go Ape Treetop Challenge, and it completely exceeded my expectations. My young cousin and I had an amazing time navigating the treetop obstacles, ziplines, and rope courses. The layout provided just the right balance of challenge and fun for all skill levels. I’d especially like to thank Abdul, our instructor, for his excellent guidance. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood all safety procedures clearly. His supportive presence throughout the course gave us extra confidence to push ourselves. While £85 for two people may seem steep at first glance, the experience was absolutely worth it. The park itself is beautifully maintained, with peaceful woodland surroundings that make you forget you’re still in London. My cousin hasn’t stopped talking about our adventure, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Go Ape to anyone looking for an exciting outdoor activity. It’s perfect for families, friends, or even team-building outings. Tip: Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and book ahead as sessions tend to sell out quickly!”
