“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“We had Sunday lunch (we did not stay in the hotel). The service was very good indeed, the food was delicious and plentiful and the cost was reasonable, very good value for money, highly recommended and we will we back soon. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful, Helen asked for a specific mention.... :-)”

“Gorgeous, spacious, quiet and comfortable room and lovely pub. The only suggestions I'd make are putting better lighting near either of the mirrors in the room, as applying make up was a little difficult without decent light. Also putting a few more plant milk sachets as they are so small and two for two guests wasn't sufficient. Everything else was smashing and I would highly recommend.”

“Great spot close to both Chalk Farm tube and The Roundhouse, friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was “cosy” but functional. Bathroom clean and tidy and shower was a great pressure. A little noise from the pub downstairs but it wasn’t intrusive.”

“Lovely place, affordable rates. The rooms is quite nice and has everything you need. The smart TV was a nice surprise. Checking in at the Georgian was no issue at all, and the gentlemen working there are quick to help you. Would stay again if in the area!”

“Anthropologie is one of my wife’s favourite stores but she’s so busy that she tends to buy online & it’s my task, as her Man Friday, to go in-store to return or exchange items. It’s always a pleasure to visit their beautiful on curated stores & they do make returns exceptionally easy & the staff are always absolutely lovely & also helpful. I guess they take pity on me as an old man burdened with an unenviable task, but to tell you the truth I enjoy it (whilst pretending not to)!”

“So I popped in this boozer today hoping to get a bite to eat. Unfortunately they were fully booked and I just ended up having a quick pint. Now I must say it wasn't just a quick pint it was actually me buying my 18 year son his 1st pint before he goes off to uni. I had brought him up from our sleepy kent village to send him on his way to own path. What I liked about this place was evening though were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us the staff in the bar were awesome. A special shout out to a lad called Ty. The lad was awesome. So friendly and professional. An absolute credit to the pub. But not to put any doubt on other members of staff. They were all great but Ty was next step. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend this pub.”

“Everything was really great! The room was nice with a comfortable bed and big and modern bathroom. Excellent cleaning daily. Staff was always happy to help and made a really good impression. The pub downstairs where also very friendly at had a cozy atmosphere and fun variety of evening themes. Good prices for food and drinks and again friendly service at the bar. It was also nice to see a how diverse the staff was. Usually you see only one kind of people in such staff. Here it felt like everyone was welcome. That also reflected on the guests, since you could see that they too had a good span in variety. Opening hours, times for check out and everything was just as I like it. Thank you!”

“Spa experience was lovely! Clean, well maintained environment & helpful staff. Restaurant food was amazing & again staff were very helpful. Just one small drawback - shower in our room only remained hot for one shower, each time the hot water ran out & whoever went second had a cold shower :-(”

“I thought this place was a really good find! Located opposite the hospital, 10-15 walk from Guildford centre. I stayed in a single room, as I just needed somewhere to put my stuff overnight. The room is a standard single room size enough for a single bed, hanging space for clothes and a small desk and chair. . They provided tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a robe. The robe was needed as I had a shower room to myself, but was located down the hall (also remember to fetch slippers) Luckily though, it was very quiet when I stayed and only saw one other guest. The hotel itself is clean, nicely decorated with nice fittings. The shower room was a bit small, but couldn’t fault the power shower! Again lovely and clean. The room was also well presented and good value for money. The lady at reception was really welcoming and friendly. Also to note the doors don’t lock by themselves so make sure to take your key with you and lock doors behind you when you leave your room. I didn’t have food here, as my stay was really short but the menu seemed nice. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money!”

“Our son lives in Twickenham and this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit. Great location, clean cosy rooms and friendly efficient staff. We sometimes take our evening meal here and have always been very happy with the quality and choice. Good beers too. On one or two occasions we’ve struggled to get the television to work. It’s not a straightforward system so it can be easier to simply connect to the Internet and use my iPad. Aside this small niggle the hotel is perfect for us and we will continue to use it. Watch the room prices though, they can be very high on certain rugby match days.”

“Lovely hotel. Room was well presented and spacious. The en suite was clean and modern. Although we didn't make use of it, it was nice to see the honesty snack selection. The breakfast room was very nice and there was a good selection of food on offer. We did however have to wait quite a while for our cooked breakfast. There was a wedding party staying. Knowing this you would have thought there would have been extra staff on duty. There was only one server, who couldn't have done any more, but could have done with some assistance.”

“We recently held an event at Grand Sapphire, and everything was handled well. The venue is stunning, with an atmosphere that made our occasion feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Zara Malik, who managed our event. She wasvery organized, proactive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us with the leftover food, which we appreciated. It’s clear she cares about her clients. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend Grand Sapphire for any event.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. Every staff member could not have done more to make us feel welcome, from the reception staff to the restaurant, bar and spa staff. Room was lovely and we were allowed to change to a 4 person room (as opposed to 3) at no extra cost. We ate dinner here both nights and both times food was great and good value. Would thoroughly recommend - thank you”

“We had a fantastic stay at the new Hilton Woking. The breakfast was deffinitely a standout and worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. Beautiful views and a spread that truly felt a cut above any other Hilton we’ve tried in the UK. All staff are great, but Evelyn made our mornings extra special with her friendly and attentive service. As Diamond members, we felt valued right away and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a real bonus. The Executive Lounge was also fantastic- comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Can’t recommend this new Hilton enough for anyone visiting the area.”

“It's a nice hostel by LHA (not self catered). The rent paid has 2 complementary meals a day. And it's a very quiet, peaceful and serene environment. The ambiance is the best I've seen having visited 3 other hostels (Halpin House, Belvedere House and Railton House) owned by LHA”

“I've lived here for 3 months and it has been the best 3 months of living in London I've had in 2 years since moving to the city. The building is safe and secure, with so much to do in local area. The staff are all friendly and will do anything for you, especially Selna, she has personally sorted so much for me and made living here such a comfortable experience. Would highly recommend!”

“The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the pizza, they are stone baked and covered in fresh produce. Staff were friendly and the beer was cold. Only negative is the parking, there isn't any. But that's the whole town to be honest.”

“Great hotel overall. Didn’t like that a coworker couldn’t eat in the dining area with outside even though we were both staying at the hotel and one of us was buying dinner there. Location is superb to see London attractions. Bed was comfortable, rooms are small but nice.”

“Had a lovely experience here. Every one is attentive and respectful. Jane in particular was very helpful and kind at dinner, and with helping me choose on the menu. “Argyle "on tour". Our first away match in The Championship for 13yrs!! And what a fitting place to start in this pub. We were made very welcome and with a mixture of home and away fans and good friendly banter it was all enhanced by TV screens watching " The Arsenal " ( not a favourite team for the locals !! ) and England women. London Pride was the order of the day and the Landlord invited us to eat our fish and chips bought across the road, in the pub. Nice touch Boss !! Just less than a mile from Watford Junction station it was perfectly placed after our 0700 train from Plymouth. And we got a creditable draw against the home team.....excellent day all round!!”

“Amazing building in beautiful grounds with a fabulous lake. Plenty of free parking and good WiFi ,the restaurant and bar are also a nice place to relax. The menu is ok not a huge selection but does have a good selection. The bar only as two draft beers on offer a IPA and Moretti plus bottles are on offer. The rooms with a garden view are away from the main building but are basic but ok. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to ensure you have a great stay.”
