“A lovely restaurant with even lovelier food and staff! The manager and waiters were all friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We got the Goats Cheese with salad as a starter which was delicious, for our mains we got the Baraka Special and the Yogortlu Kofte which were both flavourful and perfectly cooked, and finished with a Baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was great - the perfect place for a business lunch or a quiet date. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Conveniently located just opposite from Chingford Train Station (Weaver Line) & the Chingford Bus Depot, the Rusty Bike is a great local neighborhood spot to grab a drink (decent replete selection) & chow down on either fresh Japanese or Thai food meal offerings. Fresh hand rolled sushi (am addicted to their Salmon Avacado Tobiko roll) and there’s also a good Thai food menu! Decent selection for anyone to enjoy and priced reasonably. Staff is friendly, attentive and there are usually live sports on multiple screen display. If in the vicinity (very close to the lovely Epping Forest park), do check out the Rusty Bike! Decor is also fun and quirky. Disabled WC on point!”

I tried their Pad Thai, and it was well-executed. The noodles were cooked just right—soft yet with a bit of chew. The dish had a nice balance of flavors, with a hint of sweetness and savory notes that were enhanced by a squeeze of lime. The chicken pieces were tender and complemented the noodles well, along with fresh bean sprouts and crunchy vegetables, adding texture to each bite. While the Pad Thai was enjoyable, it could benefit from a bit more spice or tang to elevate the flavors further. Overall, Rusty Bike offers a good Pad Thai and a pleasant dining experience, making it worth a visit if you're in the area.”

“Me and the fam had a party there and honestly, beyond the delish food and the top-notch atmosphere, words aren't enough to say how kind and attentive the staff were to us. Anmor was a true ledge helping us set up the room early on and Grace and Simona were superstars keeping everything running smoothly during the actual event. Because of them, the night was even more special. You can bet good money on me coming back!”

“We're so glad we found The Porchester. The fish and chips were truly the best we've had in London—perfectly crispy and delicious. What really made our visit special was the service from Liam. He was so welcoming and enthusiastic that he convinced us to return for their Wednesday night Quiz Night. And we're so glad we did! The quiz was so much fun and had a great atmosphere. Just a heads-up, it's a popular event, so definitely call ahead and make a reservation if you want to join in on the fun.”

“Love this pub! Would definitely go back. Friendly and welcoming staff. Although we didn’t eat here the pizza looked good and the Italian menu looked interesting. Two lovely open fireplaces gave a cosy feel to the place. Drinks very good value for money and they had Leffe on draught in the proper glasses!”

“We came here to watch the Nations League final and the place is really lovely! The terrace at the back is a real bonus, and the staff were friendly even under the pressure of service (just two waitresses serving the whole pub! I’m a GM myself and honestly, I’ve rarely seen anything like it). The place is also pet-friendly, which is much appreciated, and the food is very good! If you live in the area, I 100% recommend it.”

“The Beehive is the right kind of pub. Nice people, good beer, excellent atmosphere. My friend has her birthday celebration there every year and we always have a great time, meeting friends. This year they did the food; veg curry which was EXCELLENT. I can't recommend it enough.”

They’ve got a robust selection of drinks, and a food menu that I didn’t try but looked appetizing nonetheless. “Had a great night at The Long arm with work. The atmosphere was spot on for a Christmas get-together, lively and relaxed. The staff were genuinely lovely and made everyone feel really welcome, which made the whole evening run smoothly. Great selection of beers and perfect for getting into the festive spirit. “Exceptional Authentic Thai Cuisine! I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Hut Pub, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The menu offered a variety of traditional Thai dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavour. The highlight for me was the prawn massaman Curry and sticky rice. Would Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience at The Globe Pub & Kitchen, Terminal 5 Heathrow. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In such a busy airport environment, the staff, especially Neckly, really made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food and drinks were excellent. “Booked a table for 8 people Thursday evening. Friendly greeting from 2 bar staff on arrival. Dealt efficiently with our drinks order. Shown to the table which was a square table - perfect for this size group. Our waiter was really patient, really cheerful and very helpful, double checking our order and checking we had drinks! Food was served efficiently, altogether and not too long a wait. Good food. Overall a good experience and would do it again. Thank you”

“2nd year on the bounce we organised a large Christmas dinner with over 20 close friends (including children) and they accommodated us so well. Nicole, Maddy and Izzie made us feel welcome from when we arrived, before this though, the communication with the team were very attentive and the food options and quality did not disappoint, we'll be booking our 3rd Christmas event here next year too.”

“The Bulls head go above and beyond to make your every run as smooth as possible Amy and Jane are incredible. Food is amazing stuff are so helpful and polite would thoughly recommend for any event. We had our engagement party there, my 50th I have been to christening parties and now my friend just had her hen party there. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are amazing.”

“This is such a wonderful, traditional pub. I had lunch with my brother & nephew last Wednesday, for my birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered and were impressed by the quality and quantity, at a very reasonable price. Thank you also to Curtis for the excellent service. “This hotel/pub it was a nice random place that surprised us with a delicious burger and a nice kind of relaxing atmosphere. Kind of because it is by the main road, but relaxing because it was sunny, you can see Thames river over the road and enjoy a pint and some food. The staff was friendly, quite helpful, and polite even they were massively understaffed and they were running all over. The management should do their job better and not exploy their people, but ot might be the exception as it was a sunny day and lots of people joined us so this time I will not consider this in my review. We will update it if we return, and it will be a similar situation. Parking is available on the back of the hotel or on the side streets, but with limited access.”

The atmosphere and ambiance were spot on, with a great attention to detail throughout. I’d highly recommend it for the Sunday roast or any for any day or to catch up with friends. Will be back soon”

“Recently refurbished village pub and hotel. Great new menu, friendly staff, brilliant playlist, surprisingly superb Amaretto Sours! And even a great spot for a morning coffee after your dog walk. The doggy delights station is a favourite for four legged friends.”

“This is a rather special old inn. We had a wonderful, though very brief, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning, the day after a long road journey. Wound down with a nightcap in the company of James and Jules at the bar; they were great hosts. The room and, in particular, the bed were just superb. The bathroom: everything clean and just as you'd want it. Mary made us a very good breakfast and was also very friendly. It was clear all the staff we met actually care and want their guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Highly recommended.”
