“I was referred to Medivet Kensington when my current 22 year old cat Frankie when was in heart failure. Not only did they save Frankie that day – he remains thriving under Vet Tom Roberts care. Tom is an outstanding Vet, combining expertise with genuine care for your pet. Frankie's medications are easily managed, minimising stress from frequent reviews for his fragile heart. The focus on his overall well-being significantly enhances his care. Tom goes above and beyond which is much appreciated by both Frankie and myself. Recently my 4-year-old dog had orthopeadic surgery for a luxating patella and was under the care of the amazing Surgeon Vishaal Corpaul (VK). Six months post-op, she’s back to bouncing around like a puppy. The surgery was a huge success and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to an excellent Surgeon, consistent post-op care, and dedicated Vet support during recovery. I cannot thank Dr VK enough. There remains consistency in the staff, rather than a frequent rotation of temporary Vets. I regularly see the same Vet, and they are familiar with my pets, which helps foster good relationships, with both us humans and animals – which is a huge bonus. Thanks also to the wonderful Vet Nurses here and friendly helpful Receptionists. As a Vet customer who has been involved in animal rescue for many years and been to numerous Vet Practices all over London - I wanted to review this exceptional practice to reassure pet owners seeking quality care. Really excited to see the newly refurbished practice soon with dedicated seperate areas for the cats.”

“Absolutely lovely experience. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”

“This is a great little local farm shop area. Plenty of parking, cute shops including a pet shop, a fresh fish shop, a flower store, clothes shops, a bagel shop a great cafe and of course the farm shop, which sells everything from bread to cheeses to jams to gifts. Definitely worth a visit!”

“I cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and it’s always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.”

She took care of him and reassure me that he was perfect and that it was pretty common. Also all of the reception team is amazing. “We came to this vet after the PDSA told us our guinea pig, Jelly, had misaligned teeth and an infection, and that he needed to be sedated for X-rays and dental treatment. Naturally, we were really worried. But when we brought him here, everything changed. Jelly was seen by Elodie, who was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She carefully examined him, checked all the relevant symptoms, and reassured us throughout. In the end, she determined that Jelly didn’t need sedation or the procedure at all! “I would like to express my greatest thanks to the team at Fitzgerald's. When someone found my cat passed away on the street they called up Fitzgerald's who said they would be more than happy to check the microchip and find the owner. Once I found out I went in later that day to see my cat and the receptionist was very friendly and was very understanding about my situation and even stayed after her shift finished for 30 minutes to allow me to say goodbye to my cat which I am very grateful for. The whole team also went above and beyond to help me make some keepsakes of my cat and didn't once make me feel bad for asking for multiple different memorabilias.
