“First ever vet visit with new adopted dog who needed a check over which we got within 3 days. Lovely service, great staff and the vet was quick, efficient and caring. Two short courses of pills and the standard consultation fee £78. Seems reasonable so far Unusually I noticed something important to report si asked to see a manager as had an important message for them, won't share the reason until its addressed but its not due to pet welfare. The free help which should have been fixed in 2 minutes was acknowledged and i wasn't thanked for it and it remains the same 5 days later. Please phone me if my advice is needed please Update 2025 my dawg returns after 3 years and was treated quickly and efficiently, advice and medication provided and I believe the cost seemed reasonable, follow up appointment booked. Recognised one of the staff from last time who was fantastic then and fantastic today. Nicola T is a credit to the practice, made a fuss of my dawg and was naturally concerned and interested what was prescribed.”

“My feisty chinchilla was laid low with tooth problems but after treatment is fit and well. The history taken before the op was thorough and detailed. I was kept informed throughout and meticulously advised on her meds and how to administer. So much care and trouble has been taken every step of the way. I have not, in 20 years of keeping chinchillas, encountered such a high standard of care. Thank you, lovely people :)”

“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

“Our cat unfortunately went missing in March. I had an email out of the blue in July from Parkvets to say she had been handed in along with 6 kittens. She was just about to be neutered when she vanished. We had previously been told by a local vet that she was a he, but that's another story. She had somehow travelled from Lincoln to Sidcup! Parkvets were marvelous. Looking after her and the kittens. Even taking photos and sexing them and weighing. I will be for ever grateful to them for tracking me down and reuniting us. An excellent vets.”

“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store.
