The Dentist (who was a Portuguese lady, I didn't catch her name but wanted to identify her) and her Hygienist were excellent. They both had an excellent manner at putting me at ease and were very gentle (considering the relatively brutal procedure that I needed to have carried out). Yes it can take 45 mins or so but this pharmacy serves the MRI, Childrens Hospital, St Narys, the eye hospital, Octogon house and more. Remember, before complaining that YOU are not the only patient. The staff have always been friendly with me, I’ve never waited more than 45 mins and never had any concerns. I’m guessing that the people who are moaning about the staff being slow etc. Have probably never worked and are on benefits.”

She was professional, thorough and caring and the appointment was on time, give or take 5 minutes. The receptionist was efficient and pleasent on the phone. On arrival, I booked myself in using the (now fixed) booking screen. The surgery is always clean and tidy and offers free water if needed. And, there’s a car park on the doorstep!”

“I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here. As a managing director of a company I decided I was capable of reclaiming PPI on an M&S account. After months of paperwork & frustration the ombudsman found in my favour but M&S successfully appealed. I was sent a letter asking me to sign if I wanted to resubmit my claim at a later date. I signed the form then contacted Claim Eazy, gutted my claim would be reduced by paying a fee! However it was worth every penny as they did in less than 6 Months what I'd been unable to achieve in over a year with numerous letters & phone calls. Don't let anyone ever tell you it's easy to do it yourself as this is a myth!! Claim Eazy were professional helpful & efficient & I can't recommend them highly enough”
