They looked up order history, put in the product code helped me find the product and even helped me check out, in one of the busiest hours in day. “It's not the best Primark I've been too in regards to stock, but it has easily been the best service I've received while shopping at one. The ladies who monitor the changing rooms were super helpful, positive and friendly. It baffled me because I know if I were to work in a job where I had to deal with such a high number of impatient queuing customers, all throwing clothes and baskets at me, I would struggle to keep a smile after 30 minutes.. But they were calm, bubbly and I walked away thinking "aww they were so lovely". Also Layla (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) at the tills was so calm and friendly even though it looked like the que has been 30 customers deep since 9am. She complemented my purchases and was super friendly and lovely. I hate coming in on a Saturday, But the customer service managed to salvage my experience. Good job girls.”

“Lovely store, well stocked with helpful staff in the clothes and home wear depts. The food hall is quite small but very well stocked and staffed with really nice staff who are always happy to help. The cafe is lovely and well worth a visit we had an ordinary latte and a seasonal one and both were delicious and,I’m assured the cake was lovely !! The young lady that served us in the cafe was very professional and welcoming - also if you download the sparks card app for every 6 coffees you buy you get a free one !!”

“A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”
