Particularly Katie Frost in Reception, Marius, Oliver and Babatunde for their kindness and respect shown to my Brother - who had a nasty fall due to his Parkinson's - through to Dr Alasdair Marshall who again was so professional and personable. We arrived by Ambulance at 2pm and it felt like checking into a Hotel - even waiting until 10pm for the Doctor to be able to see Chris we never felt neglected or dismissed. The event was brilliant and felt well organised. Yes it was busy and I would suggest to anyone to buy fast track passes otherwise you'll just be stuck in a queue all evening. All actors and staff were great and there were lots of jumps but also plenty of laughs. Only let down for me personally was the hay ride but it didnt spoil the evening, just my opinion.”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.”

“I feel the need to write this review due to the many unnecessary unfair reviews. I am writing this review to provide feedback on the experiences of my wife, who is a patient at Dr. Subramanian's practice. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Subramanian for many many years, and we wish to convey that she finds him to be an excellent and highly valued doctor. She is more than extremely satisfied with the care she receives and would not consider changing practices. Regarding her access to appointments, my wife has always been able to get an appointment when needed and has never encountered any difficulty in being seen. This is in stark contrast to my own doctors at the same health centre, where it can be impossible to get an appointment unless you book three weeks in advance. Despite the option to call at 8 am for a same-day appointment, I have found it nearly impossible to get through to the practice, which often just gives an out-of-service tone. This brings me to a common complaint I hear from people about potential delays to appointment times. I have observed that Dr. Subramanian often makes a significant effort to accommodate patients who present with urgent issues on the day. Furthermore, I have noticed that delays can also occur when patients require a double appointment but only book a standard one, or they present with multiple issues they need addressing. From what I can see, the doctor is very thorough and compassionate in addressing all of their concerns, which can sometimes extend beyond the scheduled time. While this might occasionally lead to waiting longer for a pre-booked appointment, I believe this reflects a true commitment to ensuring those with immediate needs are seen, and that everyone gets the time they need. This responsiveness for urgent matters is something I value greatly, as it is not always my understanding of how easy it is to access care at other practices. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the care and accessibility provided by Dr. Subramanian. He is a credit to his profession.”
