βOur cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and weβd already booked two holidays so we knew heβd have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.β
βVery friendly and caring. Our dog was happy to go into his kennel and seemed very content when we picked him up a few days later. Mike and Naomi very attentive. We will continue to use MBKβ
βMy three girls went to stay with Colleen in July this year, and they were so well cared for, with home comforts provided, beautiful surroundings to run around in, abd so much love, attention and care. I have spent years putting my girls in kennels whenever I have been on holiday but, after my experience of Pet Getaway, I would not have them anywhere else now. Highly recommend.β
βMy two lovely cats Rupert and Boo spent a 10 day holiday with Clare and her husband at The Luxury Cat Hotel Leigh, if you are looking for a cattery for your furry friends then look no further, this place is fantastic, I can't recommend enough other than they would be in safe handsβ
βWhat a great place! Our house rabbit enjoyed his βholidayβ with Jane. All the animals are very well cared for, and the standard of cleanliness is very high. The outdoor runs provide opportunity for exercise. We would definitely recommend!β
βgreaat experience with Clare a business out of passion with love for cats. She is owning 10 cats and we saw lodges..great for 3..4 cats same house holdβ
βThank you for looking after my hedgehog Logan! Dorota did a great job and I felt reassured after meeting her, sheβs lovely and friendly. She even sent photos of him which put my mind at ease :) Would recommend and will definitely use Dorotaβs service again :) thanks againβ
βTaken our cat Tobit there several times. He seems to love it there. Owner is caring and knowledgeable. Excellent value.β

βCame for Christmas Dinner and from the minute you step in the door you are met by a friendly welcome. Staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Not in your face. Service and food were excellent . Would recommend it to anyone. Mrs donna Astles .β
βWe spent a night at the George recently to visit family in Hayfield. The room was lovely and clean, with a really comfy big bed. All the staff were so friendly and they all seemed to be happy to be there. Breakfast was delicious, and the pub itself has a great atmosphere. We will definitely stay at the George again on our next visit.β
βWhat a pleasant surprise to find a really clean room and hotel; but also to be met by the friendliest receptionist, and assisted by a lovely guy, who carried our ( vast amounts) of luggage up the stairs. Thank you! ( For reference, we checked in at 3.30pm on 4/10/25).β
βGood location. Staff are friendly. Discount parking for the multi story car park-Β£11 for 24 hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Free of charge for late check out which is superb so I could get a quick shower after ran the Manchester half! Dog friendly hotel. Love it! My dog enjoyed the view.β
βHaving stayed at the Treehouse London I was looking forward to trying the newer and larger Treehouse Manchester. I decided to book the hotel as value was good at time of booking and location next to shopping centre and short walk to Aviva Studios was ideal. The room was very comfortable, large and well appointed with amenities needed for my short stay. Wider hotel had lots to offer as well with well equipped gym, plenty of spots to dine and drink and even a movie theatre. Will certainly be considering a future stay and visit to this hotel.β
βI was delightfully surprised with this stay. The building looks a little drab outside but inside it was a delight. From the warm and friendly staff, to the welcoming lobby, our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was big and comfortable, the shower provided good hot water and we loved the twirling water shower head. It couldn't be positioned better, in good reach of restaurants, theatre, shopping and Manchester Arena. Excellent breakfast (just not a fan of the powdery scrambled egg!) All in all, enjoyable stay and we will be back.β
βWonderful Stay β Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. The location was perfect β close to everything, yet peaceful. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. A perfect experience from start to finish!β
βAmazing spa hotel that caters so well for families. We come here every christmas and the atmosphere is so warm and festive The whole place is super clean and smells so nice too. we never eat there other than the snacks and coffee. The facilities are amazing and the bedroom is so spacious.β
βVery decent budget hotel. Canβt fault the location. Right next to the train station. But I parked in a very new looking multi-storey NCP a 2 minute walk away. Thereβs also a handy Sainsburys Local next to the car park. Fairly standard Express room. But everything was in good order and very clean. Nice big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Breakfast quality was very good for this class of hotel and the 2 ladies running the breakfast service were very friendly and efficient.β
βAttended birthday party in the Gold Suite and stayed overnight. Food was amazing at the party and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good value and again the staff were great. Lovely rooms, if a little dated. Overall a lovely stay.β
βWhat a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.β
βI will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only Β£10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!β
βReally clean and in a quiet area. Large comfy room with no carpet on floor (big bonus). Friendly staff. Breakfast included, bagels, toast, yogurts, juices, fruit etc (no cooked breakfast). Bus stop just opposite the entrance with direct lines to Manch Victoriaβ
βLovely, small hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pub too, Excellent breakfast. We stayed one night for the standedge tunnel canoe trip. Stayed here on Friday night and then the owner gave us a lift to marsden on sat morning to join the canoe trip. Diggle end of the tunnel is 200m from the hotel. Recommended.β
βYesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. The lady replied. βIreneβ. I thanked her greatly for how warm and inviting she was towards me. I would like to thank you once again. Irene, you was a Rae of sunshine towards my baby and I. It was a pleasure to meet you and what a lovely lady you are! Georgia Hartley.β
βAnother great 2 for 1 Fish for Friday.2 excellent meals and 2 soft drinks for less than Β£20. Excellent food served by efficient staff. Well recommended.β
βServed by Harry, excellent attention, would definitely recommend every time. Previous night served by Aaron, once again amazing service. Sam was on both nights of our stay and she went above and beyondβ
βI stay over regularly due to work and always have a brilliant experience, Chloe and Talon always make me feel welcome and always do their best to accommodate anything I need, always smiling and always pay attention to detail. The rooms are lovely, by far the best premier inn Iβve stayed in. The hotel makes working away enjoyable. Couldnβt recommend enough.β
βGhelila served us in the bar and was amazing! Completely re corrected the mistakes of the bar tenders and made sure we had an amazing night. Iβve been multiple times and sheβs been amazing and memorable each time. Such a credit to the company the only reason me and my family come back. The hospitality from HER.β
βI've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortableβ
βNot my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a Β£3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.β
