“I’ve been shopping at Argos for over 40 years since I was a teenager and have seen many changes, many branches close and the amalgamation into Sainsbury’s stores, but, I still keep buying from Argos for one reason, and that is the customer service. In particular, and I’ve been meaning to provide this review for some time now, Argos Fairfield Park. The customer service that I’ve experienced from staff like Calum and his team including Zoya and Cyprian, has been exemplary. Yes, I could easily buy products online and sometimes get those items cheaper, but, if there’s any issues where I may need to speak to someone or even just gain some further assistance in making a decision as to which brand or model of an item to go for, it becomes more difficult, so, I have no problem with going into Argos Fairfield Park to speak to Calum about a product as he’ll always spend the time and patience to help me establish exactly what I’m looking for, and this is worth it for me. Calum and his team seem to be customer focused and will go that extra mile to ensure that I’m welcomed into the branch and demonstrate by their actions that I’m a valued customer. As such, I was compelled to write this review due to my positive experience, so, well done to Calum and the rest of the team, you’re all a credit to Argos, so please keep up the great work. (There were so many iffy reviews from other suppliers, and of course I got the Amazon safety net by going this route). They arrived the next day by 10am, by DHL courier, fantastic service as they were not expected for another 48 hours. Well done Noble Express Ltd”

What a wonder of information not only on the camera but looked up usb cables and different fixings ( don't ask Halfords ) . She restored my faith and has my thanks. “Outside: Plenty of parking spaces with wheelchair accessible entrance into the store. Inside: plenty of room to move about, good fast computers since they where installed recently. Staff are very friendly and helpful and often makes you feel welcomed. The service is fast and reliable, and great amount of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Everone dishes Wren kitchens! We had our beautiful kitchen installed some 6yrs ago. Gave us lifetime guarantee too. We have a problem now with 2xdoors blistering, they said they would offer us some compensation but thats not ideal as dont want to be looking at that for the rest of my life. Anyway they are now saying to choose new doors from them and they will install . So now I continue to sing their praises Gale”

“Great service from staff who really know their products. Had to purchase a new integrated fridge freezer after the condenser broke beyond repair on my current one. A member of staff managed to help me find and purchase a new Kenwood one that would fit the current specs required for a new integrated system. They made the process quick and straightforward. They will also install the new one and remove the old one too. Fantastic service all round.”

“Kevin has been excellent, he didn't push us to buy a kitchen from him and was very helpful. He found us the cheapest options for our budget and when the oven was on back order, he sourced it from another store and had it delivered the next day. The delivery drivers were all very friendly and helpful, one even put our old washing machine in our garage for us. Can't fault Magnet, they've been excellent from start to finish.”
