“Found on Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking.. Parking is free. This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next. Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee. There is an escalator upstairs. There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! ( October 2023 )”

“Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..”

“Ordered something through B&Q app as the third part but order never arrived. Wasn't getting anywhere with Monster shop who was the seller. Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. “5 stars for a lovely young staff member, who leant me his phone, when my husband waiting in our car, with mine, had disappeared from the car park. Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!”

“Yet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.”

“Just phenomenal! We had a fridge die on us, typically days before Christmas (with all the Christmas shopping in it!). We went straight to Euronics, found a replacement at a great price. Staff were lovely and when we realised we'd struggle to get it home (and it being an emergency) - they went WAY out of their way and delivered it for us within hours of buying it! That's unheard of service these days, we'd be waiting days if we'd purchased online. They are head and shoulders above any other domestic goods retailer out there.
