“What a lovely find ! We were looking for a nice one night romantic getaway at a reasonable price , we definitely found it here ! The Beautiful blue room with four poster bed was stunning. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet in the room. We had everything we required for our stay. Breakfast was superb! We had such a lovely night and will definitely come back !”

“This is a classic example of everything a British B&B should be. The hosts were friendly and obliging the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I was using the place as the start and finish for the multi-day Rebellion Way circumnavigation of Norfolk cycle route. The hosts kindly allowed me to leave my car between my first night and final night stays. They also let me use their garden hose to spray down my bike at the end of my ride (it had been very wet and muddy) and then their compressor when I noticed a puncture on my car as I was about to depart - just enough air to reach a local garage. I drove a short way both evenings to excellent places to eat, recommended by my hosts. I hope to return sometime…”

Food is prepared by Italian master chef who is talking to the customers about the ingredients, their source and origin, how to prepare and mix them. You will be served by Italians with a smile and genuine care about your experience. You will feel like you are in Italy with the whole dedication to the excellent food and fanatic service. If you go to Norwich, make sure you have booked your table there. You can thank me later. I recommend it with my whole heart and will visit them every time I get in the town.”

“Brilliant small restaurant! The staff were friendly and attentive without disturbing us, advised us on our order when we had questions. The food was quick to arrive, very generously portioned and delicious! The Korean fried chicken was better than any I'd had in London. Well worth a visit to this place, they're doing great food and they deserve to be recognised.”

“I had such a fantastic time at The Blue Joanna! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed by the vegan options on the menu. I think either the banana blossom or the buffalo cauliflower were my favourite meals. But then again, everything I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s always such a treat to find a place that takes plant-based dishes seriously, and they really delivered. The service was lovely throughout. It was friendly, attentive, and relaxed. What made the evening even more special was when the staff sang happy birthday to another table. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lot of fun to experience as well! Highly recommend for a cozy night out with great food, kind people, and a bit of fun. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I've been here a couple times and the food here is superb!!! The owner and another young lady were so kind and friendly! The waiting time was a bit long but it's definitely worth the wait! You can taste that all the ingredients they put in there are fresh! The pla sam rod, Tom Kha and coconut rice were amazing!!! Highly recommend!”

“The food we had from Kairali was truly delicious. The staff on the phone and on collection were more than helpful (My wife is Coeliac and they speak gluten free :-) ). “One of my favourite places on the market! Go for the vegetable empanada with salad or chips - you can’t go wrong! The staff at Cocina Mia are so friendly and accommodating and are super efficient with getting your food to you even when they’re busy at the weekends :)”

“Visited the Duke of delhi as was staying down the road at dunston hall. The food was absolutely outstanding of this world. Meat melts in your mouth so succulent and tender, perfect flavours and seasoning. Compliments to the chef! I had asked for the bacon to be cooked until crispy, and when it arrived it was perfect - lots of crispy rashers smothered in HP sauce….absolutely delicious! “I ordered the 2 onion bhajis, 1 vegetable samosa and a small Aloo Gobi. The onion bhajis and vegetable samosas are the best I’ve ever had! 15/10 so rich and full of delicious spicy flavours. Such amazing quality! I wasn’t very keen on the Aloo Gobi it was more rice then the sauce. It could of been more spicy. The service was brilliant, really kind. There food smells delicious! Would 100% recommend!”

“Been meaning to come for a decent meal for years! Don’t what took us so long. The food is authentic and delicious. Staff are friendly and fast. We were in and out within 35 minutes. Drinks, starters and mains. Completely unrushed, we just eat like we’re starving. Overall 5* experience. Thank you for some lovely warming grub!”

“Best Thai food I've had in a while. I was pleasantly surprised. The spice was good also. I lived in Utah for a while and I couldn't find one Thai restaurant that added enough spiciness to the food. Here they had a pepper mix that they just doubled up on for me and that did the trick. I asked for the hottest and then just asked for a couple more spoon-fulls. That did the trick. If you like spicy Thai food they can get pretty close here.”

“Me and my partner had THE most amazing dining experience at The Courtyard! I’ll firstly start with the atmosphere, it’s fantastic! Such a small intimate diner with the most fantastic cook and such a friendly owner! There are 6 tables inside when we was there tonight and each one of us was all chatting away! The wine recommendation we got from the owner really blew our heads off with the beautiful sweet taste (I’ll attach a photo for anybody interested) And lastly the food… wow. One word, Speechless. Out of this world food! I personally recommend the carbonara!!! Overall I now understand why the reviews are so brilliant for this restaurant. One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had and to top it all off it is so so reasonably priced! I would have paid double for the experience we had tonight. Couldn’t recommend enough , we will definitely be back soon. Thank you very much The Courtyard :)”

“The interior was well configured to make feel like you were one of the only tables taken. Atmosphere was super relaxed and the interior decor was on point. I’m not a fan of being rushed and fussed over while dining and the service reflected that completely, our needs were seamlessly met quite effortlessly. The food was fantastic, simple dishes done perfectly. I chose from the vegan menu and the chef definitely knows what they’re doing. Not eating pasta any other way again.. thanks so much for a lovely birthday meal for my partner!”

“A popular Italian but for very good reason! It’s only a small place so I was lucky to be able to secure a small table later into the evening without a reservation. The service was both attentive and fast throughout my short visit. There’s a good number of pizzas available to suit most taste, plus the staff were willing to make small changes. The 12 inch was a good size and was cooked perfectly, with the smoked beef choice having right amount of topping. A really independent vibe with nice atmosphere, I’d highly recommend and will certainly be returning next time I’m in the town.”
