“Absolutely delicious meal out at Doner Bei Tante Anne, we stopped by for a lunch and could NOT finish the monster kebab that we were served, the staff very kindly gave us some foil so we could wrap it up and take away (which made for a delicious lunch the next day!). The vegan meat was very well seasoned and the slaw and salad went really well, and the vegan tzatziki sauce was so so so good! We also went for the greek potatoes which were absolutely amazing. Service was also lovely, very nice and welcoming staff. A must try if you are in the area! My partner who is not vegan or vegetarian loves it and still keeps talking about it now!”

“I purchased my dad and I a gin making experience for his 80th and went last night. What a great evening. Just the two of us. So informative and fun, very hands on, and we loved every minute of it. Would most definately recommend the experience if you like gin. It makes a fabulous present or a great experience for the enthusiast.”

“We’re visiting the area and wanted a takeaway pizza. Best find was this place! Pizzas were amazing and reasonably priced too. Our daughter has a dairy intolerance so we look for vegan options and we could change the cheese to vegan cheese easily. Happy kids, happy parents!”

“What a great cottage! Ideally located within walking distance of both the beach and shops but also a good base for exploring further afield. Very much home from home with everything you would expect plus some bonuses such as fibre broadband. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing area to visit, tones of places to enjoy the pool, they have the cyclone water ride that we went on twice and the rapids which are epic. There is a nice poolside bar and a starbucks in a more tucked away quiet area to sit down and relax. They have lots of chairs to sit on at the edge, too, if swimming isn't for you. The showers are not the best. Those push button ones that go off all the time, but you get free shower gel, which is good. You also have to go through the changing rooms to get in and out of the place, no exit if you don't go through them which is very annoying. It's very hot and humid in the pool area.”

“This is a classic example of everything a British B&B should be. The hosts were friendly and obliging the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I was using the place as the start and finish for the multi-day Rebellion Way circumnavigation of Norfolk cycle route. The hosts kindly allowed me to leave my car between my first night and final night stays. They also let me use their garden hose to spray down my bike at the end of my ride (it had been very wet and muddy) and then their compressor when I noticed a puncture on my car as I was about to depart - just enough air to reach a local garage. I drove a short way both evenings to excellent places to eat, recommended by my hosts. I hope to return sometime…”

“Stopped for a bite to eat and the service was very friendly. We had our dog with us and they even gave us a small bag of Turkey bits for her. The Turkey baguettes were needless to say delicious and stuffed with meat and trimmings. Highly recommend!”

“Came here for the first time on Saturday, with mr best friend, who LOVES this place. She had the crispy chilli chicken, and I had the crispy chilli beef - both dishes were served with rice. The owners were so lovely, and friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS! Portions are generous, amazing prices, super quick and friendly service, and it’s all halal! Will definitely be back for more very soon!”

“The service we received from Simply Sofas was amazing. From the time we walked into the showroom to the delivery. There was no pressure to purchase just a friendly greeting as we entered. They spent time answering all our questions and we left feeling happy. We were updated by Matt when our sofas arrived and when delivery would be. They were delivered by Graham & Peter who were lovely and very professional. We would highly recommend Simply Sofas.”

“What a lovely find ! We were looking for a nice one night romantic getaway at a reasonable price , we definitely found it here ! The Beautiful blue room with four poster bed was stunning. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet in the room. We had everything we required for our stay. Breakfast was superb! We had such a lovely night and will definitely come back !”

Beautifully decorated inside, well looked after and great food - we had poached egg on toast and a brie & cranberry panini - delicious! The 2 ladies working in there were lovely! “It’s about time I write a review as today was my family’s 7th time coming to Huggers in less than one year! We are so lucky to have this cafe within 45 minutes drive from us. The food is amazing, especially their Sunday roasts. So many desert options and I especially love the warm treacle tart! I feel proud to be a vegan when I’m at Huggers. Parking is easy at the co-op opposite. Best to book a table as they are super popular with both vegans and non-vegans!”

“Just back from another excellent relaxing break on the river bank at King Line Cottages. We stayed in Kate's Lodge, the smallest of the properties, which sleeps three people. It's been refurbished, and it's clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Clayre, the site manager, and her colleague Julie were very helpful and friendly. We only wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next year.”

“This place is amazing with the best sausage rolls and brownies we’ve eaten in Norwich. Really friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere! I highly recommend the peanut butter brownies as they are the best brownies to ever exist!”

“I had a delicious lunch here. I sat at the window bar and watched the Christmas shoppers rushing by while I was cosy and being well fed. The celeriac remoulade had a good dollop of mustard and made a perfect appetizer before the beef bourguignon. That beef was so tender, the carrots soft, an unctuous and lipsmacking dish. The frites I ordered were crisp and salty, perfect for dipping into that gravy. Although I was full, I couldn’t resist their crème brûlée for desert which had that crack on top, hiding a sweet mellow creaminess underneath. The Pinot noir I chose to accompany the meal seemed perfect. Astonishingly good food! I was kindly welcomed in when I arrived and the service was timely and friendly. Wish I was able to visit more often.”

“My partner and I spent a lovely night at this beautiful B&B (25/11/17). The hosts were very accommodating and our room really tastefully decorated. We had the small double, and it suited us perfectly. I've spent many a night in both B&Bs and hotels, and I have to admit that the breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. I had kedgeree which was wonderful, and my partner had a full English and it was perfect. Will definitely look forward to visiting again. Credit to the hosts and their lovely dog, Jess x”
