“Me and my partner just had a lovely meal here, both really enjoyed it, very tasty, good portion size and great value for money, the only thing I could say that's negative is the heating could have been warmer, was a bit nippy, apart from that lovely experience.”

“I ordered over 15 pizzas from Fireaway to be delivered to our wedding. They have no problems with large orders and also had great vegan and gluten free options. I would definitely recommend using them to cater for events as they are one of the few in Norwich that can cater for big parties and can easily deliver even more than we ordered. They were very reasonably priced and delivered on time. Our guests loved the pizzas and ate them so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to photograph them! We are very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.”

“We had great service from all the staff, but especially Shannon on reception. So helpful with every request we made. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options and the chef produced great poached eggs when requested. Topping them with chives was a lovely touch. The room was all we would expect at a Holiday Inn, especially commend how clean they were after the daily visit by house team. Finally the provision of a luggage trolley was particularly helpful for those of us with mobility issues who can’t carry much luggage ourselves.”

“The place is so affordable and in such a convenient location. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Comfy beds and beautiful view out over the water. Charley was especially welcoming. It was lovely coming down for breakfast each morning and the housekeeping in the hotel was lovely”

“Stayed at Premier Inn Duke Street. Had a great stay. Suzanna checked us in and was very helpful. We stayed in a Premium Plus room, much nicer than the standard rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Very happy with our stay.”

“I love this hotel. It's basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also really like that you have to ask to get towels and bed linens changed, and the staff don't bother you unless you ask. I've stayed twice and both times had a room overlooking the back garden and river, which is so peaceful. The shower pressure is wonderful. The location is great, being right next door to the station. The only think I would like to change is being able to have a breakfast (which has good coffee!) that isn't a buffet for a lower price. The breakfast is good though!”

“Very quiet best nights sleep I've had in a hotel in Norwich and I've used alot. Only thing letting our stay down was beefeater next door very unruly children screaming at breakfast bouncing on chairs and parent plus staff doing nothing about it. Stay in the hotel again but will never use beefeater again”

“Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour”

“Lovely decor, really well done out inside this place. The food was fantastic, we had a Groupon voucher for a 3 course meal and a drink for two that cost under £30. I had the skate and my partner had the lamb shank for our mains and couldn't fault it, really good value, way too much food for us and ended up taking desert home in a takeaway tub! The staff were friendly and helpful overall I would definitely recommend going here and will come back again soon.”

“The onigiri was immaculate (as was everything we ordered, it was just a standout item) & the service was excellent too! Any little changes or additions we wanted were made without fuss. “We visited here on 31.03.25 and was very impressed with our waitress Saffron. She was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and attentive throughout our visit. She offered to help us with explaining the different deals and best value for money etc. She had no issue with swapping ingredients on our pizza (we wanted to swap the beef for onion, and as they didn't have any spicy pork, we asked to have chicken instead) Once our food was served, we were taking some pictures of each other and our meal etc and she came over and offered to take a picture of us together, which was really nice of her and very much appreciated! I can often feel a bit nervous to ask staff members to take pictures, as I feel awkward and am conscious they may feel nervous to do it, but her offering to take one made things so much easier and it's nice to have for memories. We had already paid for our food as you pay at the start of the meal in this restaurant, so she wasn't doing this just to try and get a tip or anything. Saffron was really friendly throughout our whole visit and seemed very genuine in how much she enjoyed interacting and helping customers, it didn't feel forced or like she was doing it because she had been told to. She was far nicer than the other waitress who greeted and seated us. Saffron really made a difference to our visit. In terms of the food, the pizza was great tasting and really good quality, very plentiful with toppings too. The only criticism would be that the base was EXTREMELY thin, so you could not pick up the pizza without it flopping over and the sauce dripping off. I am not sure if it was so thin because it was a sharing pizza, but I have not known Pizza Hut Pizzas to be that thin before. I would definitely recommend getting the garlic powder topping (which is free of charge) added on if you like garlic, this made it taste even better. It was great value for money, 1 large sharing meat feast pizza with 2 salad bowls and 2 drinks for £27 (I was able to get about £7 discount with blue light)”

“Lovely end to a weekend at Alder Country Park. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. And compliments to the chef Dillan food homemade and delicious. All staff members worked so hard and even kept the kitchen open after hours for customers who arrived 45 minutes late. All the best to the Olive Tree for the future. Thankyou very much. X”
