Keeping us in the loop on time scales for replacement parts along with how the work schedule would be completed. Being without hot water over the Christmas period seemed like a real possibility but Allstar made sure we were sorted professionally and promptly. Installation looks a big improvement on the old system as well - first rate service all round.”

“I have used MKM as my main supplier for a number of years now, these are my reasons; Stock - they always have what i need. If there is something I need that requires special order, it is there when i need it. Pricing - they constantly review my account, purchase history and new orders. I have never asked for discount because the business manager conscientiously does this for me. Branch Staff - all staff within the branch are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Having got to know them over the years, they all give 100% of their time Yard Staff - as above, the people that help load the materials are amazing at what they do. It is very helpful that everything is brought to the vehicle and then helped to load. I give credit to everyone there and thank them for constantly providing an absolutely incredible service. Additionally, I use their hire service. Ian and his colleagues offer first rate service and extremely competitive prices. The delivery costs me £15.00 each way, a small fee considering what is involved, and so i can stay on site knowing the equipment will arrive within the timeframe. I highly recommend the hire service MKM provide.”

We were greeted immediately and offered drinks upon entering and were even offered pillows to use to try out mattresses properly which was a nice touch.
