“Staff are always very friendly and helpful and stock of all the general stuff you need is good. Most of the time there is sufficient parking spaces. Handily, the front doors can be pushed/pulled open in either direction which is handy when carrying large/heavy items.”

If there is something I need that requires special order, it is there when i need it. Pricing - they constantly review my account, purchase history and new orders. I have never asked for discount because the business manager conscientiously does this for me. Branch Staff - all staff within the branch are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Having got to know them over the years, they all give 100% of their time Yard Staff - as above, the people that help load the materials are amazing at what they do. It is very helpful that everything is brought to the vehicle and then helped to load. I give credit to everyone there and thank them for constantly providing an absolutely incredible service. Additionally, I use their hire service. Ian and his colleagues offer first rate service and extremely competitive prices. The delivery costs me £15.00 each way, a small fee considering what is involved, and so i can stay on site knowing the equipment will arrive within the timeframe. “I love White Stuff! This shop had a great selection and efficient and helpful staff. I usually have to order size 24 UK women's online as the stores only get sizes 18 or 20 max in stock. At least I can see the styles and fabrics in person in store, then order my size online to collect at a nearby shop. This shop was kind enough to let me try on the dozen items I had ordered and then return 3 for store credit. I had to do store credit because I paid with PayPal. Next time I'll use a credit card. Doggone! Now I HAVE to use that credit! Hahaha!”
