“What a turnaround for this particular Odeon! Last time I went it was tired, shabby and dirty. Since it’s refurb it’s spotless, beautifully done out and now with the super comfy recliner seats. Excellent value for half term at only £5 per person to go see Casper. Bought a family bundle of snacks which was 1 HUMONGOUS bucket of popcorn, 2 large drinks and 2 kids mixes which cost an exceptionally reasonable £18.99. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, all full of smiles and happy to interact with not just us but all other patrons.”

The store has a ok range of men's clothing, including some styles that I haven't seen at other Peacocks locations. Also the prices were reasonable. One thing that stood out to me was the store's policy on ordering items that are not in stock. The staff member I spoke with was happy to order the item I wanted and have it delivered to my address or available for collection at the store. This was much appreciated. The store was also well-maintained and clean, with a tidy layout that made it easy to browse. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Peacocks store to anyone looking for clothing in the Gorleston area.”

“I would like to personally thank Peter, Pat and all of the staff at Boss for what was an exceptional service through what was a difficult process for all involved! My partner and I went into store early January and fell inlove with a suit for our upcoming wedding. Upon ordering the suit in the grey, it came to light that the finish on the trousers was not available in that colour. The team at Boss worked tirelessly with their tailors, sending multiple pairs of trousers to them to be altered and us coming to store to try them on (they were incorrect a few times but this was not Boss's fault), ensuring that they were a perfect match to the black pair we had tried on. The process was long and the team could not apologise enough, but their effort, jokes along the way and continued communication meant that I got to pick up a perfectly tailored grey version of the suit, well in time for the wedding in June.
