We need a specific hoodie for our son to wear to school the next day for world mental health day and we called the store at 9pm since we live 1.5 hours away and explained the situation to him. He went out of his way to check with his collegues and found the last one in stock for us aside which we then collected. He’s a true asset to Asda.”

“Back to school at Asda never fails to dissapoint. They are always very well stocked and you can find whatever you want. Everything is usually high quality, and will last quite long. The sizes go from starting primary, to leaving secondary, and shoes tend to be for the younger ones. They have reasonable priced garments and accessories for all sizes, slim - plus sizes.”

“I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Waters Edge, and frankly, I’m still imoress from the sheer generosity of the kitchen staff. I went for the classic burger and chips, and let me tell you, the portion size for the price is nothing short of an absolute steal. A proper, honest-to-goodness feed that didn't require me to take out a second mortgage. If you’re looking for genuine value without feeling short-changed, this place delivers. It’s the kind of meal that makes you feel both satisfied and smug about your financial choices. On top of the excellent food, everything was served up in a very reasonable timeframe no need to check the local history archives to see when I placed my order, which is always a bonus. But the real star of the show was the service, specifically from a staff member I believe was named Hannah. She was incredibly friendly and patient, particularly when enduring my truly baffling and likely silly questions about the menu (or possibly the meaning of life, I can’t be sure). Her good humour and easy-going manner turned a simple transaction into a genuinely pleasant experience. Give that woman a raise, or at least a mountain of chips of her own. All in all, the Waters Edge is a proper winner. Great food, great value, and service so friendly it makes you want to apply for a job just to hang out with them. Highly recommend.”

“Went for reopening night. Can't see any improvements in the decor New landlady is welcoming and attentive. Some staff slow to serve was on her phone alot. Dj played some good tunes and was quick with requests it's awful waiting for the song you asked for. Small dance floor but lots of people danced which is always good. Drinks were average price. This pub could be a little gem if utilised properly has great scope for a family pub let's hope the new landlady does what's needed in this area and looks to family's rather than attracting the wrong kind as in pervious times. Hope its a great success”

“Lovely student area, good food and serenity. There is a big screen for live events and a sound system for music. The heating system is very effective, keeping the place warm. It's a lovely area to cool off from a lecture or relax before the lecture.”

“Seriously, I don't know how they cook the Peri² Chicken, it's taste so amazingly delicious. How you guys do that! Omg I love it so much. The signature of this place is the peri² chicken, miranated & grilled so well, the chicken so juicy & so soft that when I bite the chicken, I can taste the juicyness of the chicken. The best place to buy peri² chicken. The chips are nice. The pizza is delicious loaded with I highly recommended this place. So delicious you won't regret it. Good portion, actually big portions. The loaded price comes in big portion you can share with 2 person. Mixed grill also delicious. They have a meal deal buy one free one. It's totally 100% worth it. The food tastes amazingly delicious. I love peri² chicken from Monmo's Grill.”

“The food was great with good portion sizes. My daughter and I visited on a Sunday afternoon and had the escovitch fish, prawns, cabbage, sweetcorn, carrots, plantain with rice and peas. Trevor and all of his staff were very welcoming, friendly and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning to eat and 'party' at one of the themed events. “I highly recommend the Asda Superstore in Grantham. Every visit is a pleasure; the store is consistently immaculately clean and tidy. They always seem to be well-stocked across all departments, from fresh produce to household essentials, meaning I rarely leave disappointed. A major plus is the ample parking; there are loads of parking spaces, making visits stress-free even during busy times. Plus, having the convenient filling station right there saves an extra trip! The real standout, however, is the friendly and incredibly helpful staff—they make the entire shopping trip efficient and pleasant. It truly offers great value for money and remains my absolute go-to supermarket in the area. A genuine five-star experience!”

“Wasn’t too busy during the week when we came. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. It is dog friendly too which is a plus. Menu is small and simple but ideal for a light lunch. We had jacket potato’s which were great! Can’t really fault them or the service so 5 stars is deserved.”

“Very happy. Breakfast was quite big, very delicious, and hot. Coffee extra hot like requested at the till. Nice atmosphere by the fireplace, nothing beats a live fire. I haven’t felt so cosy for a very long time, really impressed by the temperature, I could even take off my jumper. Really happy and I'm waiting for a repeat. The prices are also reasonable compared with other similar places. Nice staff. Breakfast is served till noon so this is a big advantage as well :)”
