This is a good level of establishment for such a place and especially the employees really showed a pleasant level of service. We did not book a table in advance, which does not correspond to their rules, but the restaurant still found a free and cozy place for us. For which we were grateful to them. “My go-to place for brunch and breakfast on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. Lovely location at The Forest park so plenty of parking or easy access to the tram. Perfect to have a bite to eat in a nice location, then nip into town. I've only eaten breakfast or light bites here but I've never been disappointed and now you can order online so there's no queues as in previous years. The cafe has recently expanded inside and outdoors, the outdoor area is covered and has heaters so you can stay outside even in colder weather. Very extensive menu with options for all dietary requirements and lots of delicious cakes and light bites to take away if you're in a hurry. Their picnic box looks fab too!”

“Fantastic restaurant with amazing food and super friendly service. You step in from the A60 and you are transported to the almalfi coast with a great Italian restaurant. We had an excellent meal out for my dads 70th birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to help him celebrate. The food - wow! The food was just fantastic. Great portion sizes and so delicious. The calzone was just amazing and the profiteroles were just sensational. It was my first time visiting and it won’t be my last. Great place.”

“We had a fantastic visit to The Apple Tree in Nottingham. As a booking of seven people I expected at least a few errors. However there was none. The service was excellent from the beginning, the barman who took our order was amazing, really pleasant, patient and thorough throughout. (Unfortunately he didn’t have a name badge on, however is had a distinctive piercing so please pass on our thanks). The food was absolutely delicious. The mixed grill was one of the best I’ve had in years! My wife had the gammon and said exactly the same about hers. The desserts were fantastic too the Apple Pie and Creme brûlée were to die for. We’ll definitely be returning, especially as the service and value for money was outstanding. Highly recommend!”

“Lunched today there with the girls and had a lovely time. Staff great. New menu. 2nd review. Been asking for months for vegan breakfast and was so excited to try my first one today. Toast came without butter (will take my own next time) but otherwise was FAB. Again, super service, hot fresh food, lovely atmosphere. Thank you. And now they have Ve mushroom and ale pie. It was SO good. New review. Still perfect. Sept '25, £6 deal had the vegan burger on it, so we took advantage of that today. Very nice, service great, will be back again soon.”
