“I highly recommend the Asda Superstore in Grantham. Every visit is a pleasure; the store is consistently immaculately clean and tidy. They always seem to be well-stocked across all departments, from fresh produce to household essentials, meaning I rarely leave disappointed. A major plus is the ample parking; there are loads of parking spaces, making visits stress-free even during busy times. Plus, having the convenient filling station right there saves an extra trip! The real standout, however, is the friendly and incredibly helpful staff—they make the entire shopping trip efficient and pleasant. It truly offers great value for money and remains my absolute go-to supermarket in the area. A genuine five-star experience!”

The practice is run efficiently and if you are kept waiting sometimes you know it's because they are very busy. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Excellent service every time I visit, I receive a text message when medication is ready and when I go to collect I’m in and out very swiftly. The pharmacists are very helpful, my 3 year old boy had a pain in the ear, after listening on the news about the new pharmacy first service, I thought I’d ask the pharmacist before attempting to make an appointment with the GP, during the consultation the pharmacist checked inside the ear, was very professional throughout and was able to give him antibiotics, saved me a lot of time and hassle, highly recommend”

“Just wanted to give a positive review despite the end result not being positive. Went to collect some ADHD medication prescribed by my doctor as was told it was in stock at this boots branch. Turns out it wasn't. The manager of the place (and of the cripps boots) could see I was visible upset and stressed by this (as it's been 2-3 weeks with no medication) and instead of just rushing me off Or moving onto next person in queue actually took the time to take me aside, talk me thru this and actually provide more help, context and support than I think i've ever received from a pharmacy before. Didn't get the tablets but the fact that this person took the time to help out someone clearly frustrated and upset with a situation that was none of their own doing really was some great customer service I havent seen in a while. Wanted to reach out and state i really appreciated this.”

“Reviews are only low because only people with bad experiences will report it. I'm sure there are many people with good experiences but don't write it on google. I've seen the staff working very hard, they have tons of prescriptions coming in each day and each has to be checked vigorously to ensure they won't do harm to the patient as the GP doesn't always get it 100% right. If you have to wait or if they miss a phone call it's because they can't multitask everything at the same time, I've seen them non stop working and appreciate them for it.”

“Having read some poor reviews of this Chemist I did wonder if I 'd been wise choosing them for my repeat prescriptions. After phoning to confirm my prescription would be ready I was assured it would be. Upon arrival all was indeed ready to go. They even helped to make sure future prescriptions would be ready at the due date. I found the Staff to be pleasant and efficient. As it's right next door to the Medical Practice it could hardly be more convenient.”
