When we booked we were simply hoping to be better prepared to become parents, and as well as learning lots about babies and birth, Debra really encourages a strong community of mums both within our group itself but also others, offering follow on courses such as baby massage as well as free workshops and meet ups. I really felt as though Debra cared about us and our journey to motherhood. Baby matters is so much more than just an antenatal course, it’s really special and continues far beyond baby’s arrival.”

“Always an amazing experience at the Bagshot clinic. Hillary is amazing, always precise, gentle and has positive energy. We've had two pregnancies all with WTTW Bagshot. A little shout out to Charlotte, always looking after us and has been amazing throughout all our appointments. We feel very comfortable within the clinic, everyone is friendly and polite. It's clean and we have always been happy with the results. They have a playroom which our son loves playing in whilst waiting, perfect little touch within the clinic. Only down fall is the gift/accessories are overpriced in my opinion and could be improved.”

I was quoted 4 days and the order was complete on the morning of the 4th day. The t-shirts are of good quality,printing was was excellent and perfect to the requirements. “Marvellous shop, will be going back here for all and any future related purchases and have recommended to all my friends. First visited in May and was shown around by a very accommodating and knowledgeable lady who took us through all the pros and cons that weren't obvious to us as new parents. We actually ended up buying two for the same price as John Lewis! Delivery went smoothly and we've loved both our prams/car seats. “Reasonable prices, usually busy but a great place to shop in . Queues are long but expected on the weekends but generally shorter in the week day . Lots of bargains and value for money. There’s something for everyone, children, men, women and home . There are messier parts of the store, but that’s down to customers and not the staff. This branch has a beauty brow store on the forum. Floor at the rear towards the Oracle entrance. I like the use of the advertisement models, which are inclusive of various backgrounds.”

“I purchased a formal wear gift that required gift wrapping. Unfortunately, the suit was too large for the oversized wrap. However, the kind customer service team (Claire & Carol) worked their magic, pouring love into the process to make it work. I truly appreciate their outstanding support and dedication in going above and beyond.”

“Excellent location. Convenient and large, with especially amazing selection of beers, coders, wines and liquor. If you have any favourite flavour or brand. Chances are good you’ll find it here, paired with rare and unusual crisps. Produce and meats are fresh and plentiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of self-checkout lines really cut down on waiting times. The only downside is the price - slightly higher overall than other stores in the area, but worth it for the quality and sortiment.”
