“Wow, what an amazing pub. I came here on a Sunday for a roast and a pizza for my friend. The staff are so friendly and the pub is large with loads of seating. There's a great menu, which includes a roast served every day of the week. The roast was delicious with loads of perfectly cooked veg and roast potatoes to die for! Pizza was also delicious and tasted homemade. The prices are brilliant, especially considering the quality of the food.”

Had a good conversation with the owner (that also has the Victoria pub in Tilehurst) who said the pub is being refurbed soon. Look forward to visiting again”

The staff were amazing and helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and they set up the tables with the decor we provided beautifully. Flo our co ordinator was so lovely and took away our stresses and Chanelle who looked after us in the morning kept us updated and on time with the order of the day. Absolutely worth every penny and a gorgeous venue to hold a wedding.”
