Great menu & daily dishes that made it difficult to choose. I had the 2xbaked cheese souffle stacked with a mountain of finely grated parmesan & my friend had scallops (both simply the best) followed by perfectly cooked calves liver on a bed of mashed potato & leeks with pancetta & perfect mix of herbs then their home-made ice cream.”

“Our favourite restaurant in Camberley for all special occasions. The food is delicious, of excellent quality and although not cheap, great value for money. My daughter loves the special bread and cheese which comes as a complimentary starter. All lamb and chicken dishes which we tried many times were amazing. My go to dessert is baklava and a Turkish coffee to finish. Really good menu has something for everyone and drinks are good too. Service and atmosphere are smooth and pleasant and contribute to always a first class experience.”

The food (and wine) from start to finish was delicious. Such an amazing menu with so much to choice. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself is also beautifully designed. “We were visiting the area for the weekend celebrating 50th birthday. La Table D'Alix was a salivating experience which we really enjoyed. A lovely warm welcome by the restaurant owners Antoine and their staff. Very helpful and informative on the menus and ingredients. En attendant - Freshly baked bread buns with local butter. Saucisson, a generous sliced cured meat with hazelnuts and gherkins. Tasted very nice and was good whilst the chef prepared and cooked our order. I ordered a Raspberry Cosmopolitan which was served with an orange peel lighted then served in the cocktail to release the orange zest aroma. Starters - Cheese soufflé, soft tasty and Cheesy and the accompanying sauce was delicious. Sea scallops, tender, went beautifully with the pancetta and celery micro greens. Mains - Cod, again tender soft and flaky, curry sauce not overpowering, very nice flavour. Hunters Chicken, tenderly cooked and moist with flavourful olive tapenade and basil, the kale was seasoned well and crisp. The Romanesco nicely charred. Desserts - Tarte tartin, sweet pastry with caramelised fruit. Chocolat surprise, oh my word this was soo good! A Chocolate mouse that had a praline biscuit base that resembled maltesers flavour, the mouse was gorgeous and I loved the caramelised crispy zest decorated on top which gave the dessert a hint of sweet lemons. The Staff pleasantly surprised by adding a sparkler candle to my husband's dessert and singing Happy Birthday which was really thoughtful, kind and made the occasion special. Thank you so much! :-) Wines - Upon asking the restaurant owner advice on wines, I had a glass of white wine which was light and fragrant. It accompanied the chicken very well. I also had a dessert wine which was again light, softly sweet and fragrant. We have dined at a few Mitchelin restaurants and this has been an overall very pleasant experience. The Bill was in my view very reasonable for fine dining. I liked that the owner's family participated in the dining experience and it reminded me of time spent in France dining with family and friends. Thank you.”

Like all Nepaleses, staff are SSSuper friendly and humble. Take a bit time to prepare the food but it tastes absolutely local Nepalese style. Highly recommended. ⭐️x10”

“The food here was excellent as always. Starters were prompt, and delicious, I had cheese souffle, my husband had a duo of pate, both were a good size. The main was course was also fantastic, chicken with a pernod sauce, and my husband had venison. We really should have stopped there as we were actually full, but sight of tarte tatin on the desert menu tempted us. It was delicious, but I couldn't finish it, such was the size of the portions. We also had a bottle of house Merlot which was very good. Service was prompt and polite, it really is a delightful treat to eat at Pierre Victoire!”

“Excellent Chef table experience. It is not only food and drink. Gettign to talk to the staff was an amazing experience. The food was delicious. I opted for a diary and meat free menu. Every dish was amazing. Every bite was full of flavour. In terms of drinks, I normally only drink water with lunch. This time, I went for the mocktail pairing. I loved all of them, sugar free, creative and full of new flavours.”

“If you like remote and dog friendly, this is ideal. Google maps took us down some country lanes and over a single way bridge, on the map the pub shows pretty much on an island surrounded by country parks & lakes. The location is nice. Car park has about 30 spaces & I think 2 electric car chargers. The pub was pretty quiet when we arrived and the locals/staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The pub itself has a lovely interior. To the food, we had the vegan burger, bacon and cheese burger and the childs fish goujons. All very nice and well portioned. For dessert we had the rhubarb crumble with vanilla and vegan ice cream, finished off the meal perfectly.”

“I've eaten here quite a few times, and it's always been amazing food at great prices. But I also had the recent pleasure of taking my mother here recently. To most people, that wouldn't sound anything major. However my mother is very reluctant to try new foods, and (with OCD to boot) she has anxiety around cleanliness and hygiene. So eating out and eating food she isn't familiar with is a big step. She loved this place and everything we ate. She has talked about it to everyone in the family, and it's been a huge hit. She was impressed with how clean everything was, the politeness of service (our waiter was even calling her mum by the end of service), and just how delicious and fresh the food was. She promptly took photos of all the food too. So I wanted to leave a review to say how grateful I am to this restaurant and staff. I've always loved eating here, but to have my mother raving about the food here really says a lot. I saw another review saying that they thought the food wasn't fresh - every time I've eaten here the food has been very fresh. You can tell that by the prawns in the salads. We ate: the papaya salad, spring rolls, crispy pork with rice, and a pork dry noodle dish.”

“Simple but great sushi, noodle and rice options with a good range of proteins including tofu steak. We went with a salmon sushi platter which didn't disappointed; a couple of chicken ramen and a chicken katsudon - all were simply great. Their homemade chilli oil is exceptional and should be used sparingly! Nice team. Go support.”

“Yes, it is very safe place for dine in for families. Staff are very nice. There is a disable toilet in the restaurant. Free parking is available behind the restaurant. We had koftae kebab with turkish bread and chips. It was tasty and freshly grilled.”

“Phoned for a reservation and advised food served from 6 pm. Got a very warm welcome from staff. Shown to table. As well as menu's given, there is a great selection of specials on a blackboard that is brought to table. We had main courses, desserts and coffee afterwards. The food was excellent and ate it all. When I asked if we could have cream with our coffee instead of milk - no problem. We had a nice relaxed evening in a lovely homely pub and our stomachs were full. Well recommend a visit to all. 8th February 2020 - under new management Got a very warm welcome and noticed new decor. Food was FANTASTIC and took photos. Look forward to next visit.”

“Came here today for Mother’s Day, the food is authentic and tastes like home, true Mauritian food. If you are looking for authenticity then this is the place to be. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. Even the decor makes you feel as if you are back home. 10/10. Would 100% recommend the noodles.”
