“This is a friendly store with a good range of goods though the choice is necessarily restricted because of the limited space available. In spite of that there is a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy and bakery products and wine. Most household items such as those for cleaning and washing etc. are stocked. There are surprising omissions. No Paxo stuffing or Smash, for example, and there is no Parmesan - only the powered stuff. Overall, a very welcoming and useful place to shop for life's essentials.”

The watch I asked about, the agent online, happened actually not to be available at the store, but Jacob ordered it for me, and within two hours, the watch was ready for collection. He was even ready to stay slightly after hours for me to collect it. Great guy, keep him!”

“Today while I was walking around Henley, I saw an ad for this vibrant-looking drink on a shop window and decided to give it a try. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady who prepared my order with such care. Despite the heat outside, the shop was perfectly cool inside – I honestly didn’t feel like leaving. The place was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and had a really calming vibe. The drink itself was delicious and refreshing. I’m definitely going to visit again and try more from their menu. Highly recommended if you’re in Henley!”

“We chose Henley Pharmacy as a walk-in centre for Covid vaccinations for our family, although another centre would have been nearer. However, the latter got terrible reviews reporting lack of professionalism and due diligence (among others). So we chose the (for us) relatively remote Henley Pharmacy instead - and are so glad we did. The lady registering our details could not have been more welcoming, and the vaccinator was very professional and exceptionally kind and friendly to our 6-year-old. Henley Pharmacy is going out of their way to reassure kids getting vaccinated, and at the end our daughter was presented with an entire folder of stickers to choose from as a treat. And not even a hint of impatience over the time our daughter took to carefully weight the pros and cons of cats vs. unicorns! We are delighted, and will definitely go back as much as possible given the distance!”

Often customers are told they have been delivered to shop by courier when in fact they haven't arrived yet. Sometimes it's days after that parcel comes. All the lady was trying say is the customer needs to email Evri herself. The women lost the plot and ran outside to get husband who came into shop and was very intimidating towards a women who was in fact alone . I came in with my son and daughter and was disgusted with both of their behaviours. We have lived in area for the last eleven years and have never had ANY!!!!!! issues in that shop.
