Obviously with the hiccup here and there is pretty normal due to unpredictable traffic conditions which hasn’t given me a reason to moan to be fair. Drivers have clean cars and very professionally dressed. I would definitely recommend Elite Cars to all my friends and family. I also feel very safe with them especially with the tracking system.”

“I would like to thank the whole team who work here. I order almost the same things every time. The pizza always arrives very hot, within 20-30 minutes of ordering. It's always delicious. The only thing is that I think there used to be a bit more meat filling, but I don't think it's a big problem. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. I don't know how many times I've ordered exactly, but I think definitely more than 15 and I have never been disappointed. Special garlic sauce, all the meats pizza - must try here. That's why I'm genuinely surprised to see so many negative reviews. I think people leave reviews more when something is wrong, but forget about it when everything is good. “Having used the click and collect service at the store before, waiting times for collection are often 20-30 minutes and at times even up to 40 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes this time round, I was advised that my parcel had been lost. Gentleman who introduced himself as the store manager believes that a 20 minute wait is perfectly acceptable. Also turns out that he isn’t the store manager but rather the department manager. Store manager was not in today but “may be in tomorrow and if not then Monday”. UPDATE - Changed from 1 star to 5 star. Something has clearly changed within this store because Click and Collect now takes minutes. There is now a clear system of responsibilities. Staff are welcoming and eager to help. Returns are straightforward. Much improved experience, thank you for listening. It is clear that there is an ongoing problem with click and collect, lost parcels and poor customer service at this store. There is a high number of Google reviews from customers expressing the same frustration and it appears as though management is not that interested in making improvements.”
