“I am a big fan of Waitrose offering free coffee as a jesture not just to their customers but to their local community. Many people like me will do some shopping here not just because it saves 3 pounds on a coffee bit because it makes you feel welcome, valued and part of a community rather than just another anonymous customer. “I don't think you can really fault a B&M store?! The place literally has everything you didn't know you needed!! The one thing that consis8kets them down is a lack of staff on the shop floor. Spotting one to ask for assistance is like finding a 4 leafed clover! And don't get me started on the tills!! Visited today (Saturday) on one of the busiest days of the week ...2 out of 8 tills open with queues bending around a corner. It's a shame really because its ever so off putting.”
