She took the details of our machine and promised to call me back, which she did so promptly. Because there was a couple of choices of the part, she emailed me photographs so I was able to match them up with our technician. They had the parts in stock and having emailed an invoice for me to pay, the parts were despatched the same day. Very helpful and efficient service.”
