βAmazing food!! Never heard of this place before until my friend wanted to try out their veggie / vegan menu. Did not disappoint!! The falafels and hummus were the best Iβve ever had. Would highly recommend!!β
βJust had a fantastic meal at Paulos Don't miss out this is a real hidden gem If you like good food you will not be disappointedβ
βThis was a gift and we chose the shorter lunch option as we didn't have experience of tasting menus. The service was very friendly and welcoming, not intimidating at all. All the menu was explained but not in excessive detail. I had the wine pairing which was well worth it with 2 English wines included. I think this was a good value menu for the amount of detail in the cooking and number of courses . The alcohol menu is also extensive and not over priced.β
βLovely meal at papaβs for the 8th year running. I had the lobster ravioli which was lush, the cannoli which was superb and the lemon pancakes which were divine - you cannot come here and not have the lemon pancakes they are the nicest thing you will ever eat.β
βThe quality of food, service, atmosphere and setting blew us away. Intrigued by the fulsome reviews, and being close to where we were staying, it proved to be a beautiful discovery. The whole enterprise delivers on many levels. It's a learning base with a big heart, a shop for products made in-house, and a relaxed eating area tucked away behind a residential development but overlooking an open field in a rural setting. And the breakfast, it has to be said, was a class act, just like the place itself.β
βThis place is a little gem , the service was brilliant and the food was amazing . Can't wait to return to try something else on the menu . Definitely recommend to anyone .β
βFantastic place, food was lovely and a nice place to eat out. Would highly recommend.β
βLovely micropub with plenty of cask, draft, can and bottled beers to choose from. Sit back and relax outside on the platform and watch the trains and people rush by. Excellent. Friendly staff and good prices. Good range of Bar snacks available. Excellently and sympathetically restored interior of the old station buffet, which before these guys was relegated to a dilapidated store room after the buffet was shut by British Rail in the early 1990's or there abouts. Will certainly be back. *hopefully those screens on the bar are taken down soon as you have to go to the side of them anyway to get the beer or speak properly to the bartender :)β
βAmazing food. The fish and chips were the best in the Doncaster area and we loved the lamb doner too! We definitely plan on returning.β
βFriendly staff, lovely quiche, scones & cake. Nice place to stop in Glenarm along the Antrim Coast Road. β€οΈβ
βA Cozy Morning Breakfast. Visited on a snowy morning in 19November24. After driving from Manchester, my partner and I were starving, and this charming spot didn't disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was impressed by how quickly our food arrived - definitely the fastest service I've experienced in a cafe. The coffee was excellent, and the cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a cold winter morning. Convenient parking just around the corner. Highly recommend for a quick, warm, and delicious breakfast!β
βAlways a brilliant coffee when visiting Fables, they always have a good choice of cakes to choose from. You get a good sized portion too!!! Service was great, Lorraine always goes that extra mile with great service every time we visit. Great atmosphere always a pleasure to visit! :)β
βMy daughter and I had afternoon tea here yesterday. It was really nice. The food was fresh. Good selection of items for afternoon tea. Beautiful Teashop and lovely staff. The owner was very nice and accommodating. They also do theme nights, which I'm sure we shall be back to join. The menu was great for other occasions. Breakfasts and lunches, or a drink and a snack. The shop itself was decorated lovely, with indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs were also welcome. Set in lovely surroundings in a park. We will definitely go again.β
βBrilliant food. The staff are great and cheerful.β
βAmazing Polish food, tastes just like home. Everything is fresh and cooked with care, also service is very polite and accommodating. The only downside is that they don't accept card payments and nobody informs you of that prior to the order, although it's possible to make a bank transfer.β
βCozy vibes, amazing plant based sausage roll (100000% recommend), amazing latte art, amazing coffee and matcha. Would come back again. Love that theyβre doing the magic stamp thing too!β
βGreat community cafe, with a good selection of eats, some gluten free options. Dogs welcome on leads and free dog treats a real bonus for us.β
βHad a wonderful lunch here with my wife earlier today. I had the truffle mushroom on toast and it was delicious. Perfect poached egg too. The service is always really friendly, and the music is always great at Elm - not to mention the coffee! Would recommend this lovely cafe to anyone.β
βBrilliant place, such a hidden gem! Feels like an underground jazz bar in manhattan and the cocktails were lovely!β
βTried almost every dish as I love Asian food. This man knows how to cook. Lovely staff great customer service, on time service. Highly recommended.β
βAn amazing place to enjoy a beer, glass of wine and beautiful pizza, fries and nibbles. The pizzas are so tasty and the beer and wine selection is really good quality. Love it that Abbeydale Brewery beers are always on at least one tap, a very local brewery, they are a few hundred metres across the road. As well as amazing food, the service is so good. Tonight, one of the team checked with the table next to us on their order as they are regulars and one of the ingredients sounded different to the normal order. They were right! Great attention to detail and care. We have been coming here for years and realised we have not reviewed it. Should have done ages ago. Also, out of 40 odd visits they would all be 5 stars. Thanks Gary and team for a brilliant neighbourhood restaurant. Last point! If you order for delivery it's still great!β
βFirst time been to this restaurant Chez Lahlou's. We ordered a starter and a main course and we had free chicken wings and garlic breads before the starter and main course. We really enjoyed the meals. The main course was absolutely big portion. Excellent value for every meal we've had. Lovely atmosphere, Cosy and romantic. Definitely going back and will recommend to someone.β
βAmazing bar that functions as a cafe with coffee and cake in the day and a micro pub at night , fair prices and great beers and coffeeβ
βGREAT BREAKFAST only 6 quid with coffee Staff really niceβ
βWe had a lovely meal here a couple of days ago! The very friendly staff managed to fit our large group in (8 adults plus a high chair) with no bother. The menu has great variety and all of the food was really delicious and plentiful! Weβre proper foodies and so werenβt sure what to expect, but everything we ordered (pies, chilli, fish and chips, hunters chicken and puddings) was really top notch.β
βWonderful little place. We stopped by this morning, and both breakfast and lunch items were available all day. Had the coronation chicken and it was a hearty portion - bigger than expected, and bigger than most places! Waitress was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.β
βIβm LHT Photography, a local wedding photographer whoβs lucky enough to work at The Old Vicarage Boutique oftenβand itβs always a highlight. The venue is full of timeless charm, with beautifully styled interiors and picturesque grounds that make every photo feel effortless and natural. Thereβs a warm, intimate atmosphere to weddings here thatβs a joy to capture, and the team are always so friendly and organised, helping the day run smoothly from start to finish. Knowing the venue well, I love seeking out those hidden corners and lovely backdrops that make each coupleβs gallery feel personal and unique. Itβs always a pleasure to return to The Old Vicarage.β
βReally nice Cafe and fantastic food. Outdoor seating around the back and down the side. They've got patio heaters and covered tables even when the weather is not great it's still a fantastic experience to sit out. The halloumi burger with homemade coleslaw and salad, and the coconut and Jackfruit curry with sourdough were amazing. I would also strongly recommend the cruffing and the milkshakes.β
βLovely food and great coffee. Always reasonably priced with great staffβ
βAbsolutely incredible food, lovely atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. You can byob for a corkage fee of only Β£3pp so can bring a bottle of wine and get a bit sloshed to make the food taste even more incredible. Came here for 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend, was very special. Compliments to the chef, best food I have eaten in a long time!β
