“This is a large Greggs located on a corner in what was many years ago the old Burtons Menswear building .There's around 12 available seating tables inside but it does get very busy first off in a morning especially at the weekend as the locals take advantage of the breakfast offer deals which are on until 11am ,Good to find there's a waiting in line queue system in place which didn't take too long to get to the front & i found the service Staff member on duty to be very pleasant & helpful when placing my breakfast order which just made the 11am deadline. Cash or card payments are excepted. There was plenty of crispy tasty bacon on the bread cob & I enjoyed the cappuccino coffee aswel,fantastic value for the money. From this experience I iwould recommend a visit & i noticed it did quieten down later on after 11am which would be a better time option if you require a seating table .”

“We had our wedding in The Sherwood Suite On Friday 28th November We had the most fantastic day. Our coordinator Charlotte made sure every detail was perfect. Before the wedding we sent several emails to Charlotte changing things asking questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. The day went so lovely and smooth from the ceremony to the final evening buffet. All the team was so friendly and professional. All of the food was delicious we had so many good comments from our guests. My little lad accidentally knocked his drink all over the table, and before I could even start to clean it up, Linda was right there with a friendly smile and a reassuring word. She quickly tidied everything up and even replaced his drink without us having to ask — such a kind and thoughtful gesture! It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one, but Linda certainly did. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a lovely example of great customer care. McDonald’s is lucky to have her — she truly made our day!”
