βWe arrived almost at the end of food service but we were still given a very warm welcome. The food was really delicious and very good quality. With a great view over the water it was a very lovely evening.β
βAwesome Traditional Engligh Food in a proper British Restaurant Pub. Probably one of the best fish & chips ever eaten. All super fresh β¦ and the pub atmosphere makes feel you at home. High Recommended !!β
βGreat venue with variety of music to suit all ages. Helpful and attentive staff and a wide selection of alcohol. Often used as a pre-club venue, but why not stick it out for the late night music, saving the extra costs of clubbing....!β
βBeat place for a chill drink, staff are lovely. Amazing selection of vodkas! A go-to for anyone in the area :)β
βI had a great time. The place has a nice vibeβrelaxed but lively, and the music wasnβt too loud. The bar looks stylish and feels welcoming. The drinks were really good. They had a mix of classic options and some fun, unique cocktails. I tried one of their special drinks and loved it. They also have a good range of beers and spirits. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave great drink suggestions and made sure we were looked after. Prices were fairβnot super cheap, but good value for the quality.β
βTasty and good value for money. Can't go wrong with a Β£6 lasagne and 2.99 wings! Only at certain times within the lunchtime menu (ends 6pm and no weekends) food arrived quickly. It was nice and quiet. Just what I needed for a lunchtime stop off.β
βSome of the best fried chicken I have ever had. The burger was amazing. They didnβt have a lot of chicken burger choices as it was mainly beef for the burgers even though they were happy to swap out for chicken. I got the Sando and was very happy with my choice. Chicken was the perfect amount of crispy and the sauce and coleslaw werenβt overpowering. We also ordered the fried pickles and jalapeΓ±os with mozzarella sticks as a starter which was ok, nothing to write home about. A tray of chicken called βthe whole coupβ which had some of the best fried chicken I have had. The tenders and wings in the tray were decent, would have preferred the tenders to be crispier. Finally, we had to get a side of buffalo wings with fries. The buffalo wings were great, some of the best I've had. Service was excellent and very helpful.β
βBest place to hangout for students and sport lovers. Reasonable price for drinks and food. Their large English breakfast is a must try, fell in love with it!!β
βHighly recommend the station, the staff are always bubbly and friendly. Andy, Victoria, Lauren, Lea, Abbie and Ben are a great team and always make your experience memorable! Drinks and food are well priced and the atmosphere at the weekend is incredible, will never go anywhere else!β
βGood reasonably priced grub with efficient service. Good crowd in circa lunchtime that informed me The Wagon Works was a well-respected local pub and eating house.β

βMoving in to the area so thought we'd try it out. Hubby had lasagne, I had mixed grill. The food was amazing, hot, fresh, tasty and plenty of it, 10 out of 10β
βBeen to Grumpy a few times and a couple of those times for family get togethers. Billy was very helpful & genuinely friendly with great customer service skills! (Give this guy a promotion!) was not waiting long at the bar each time and the place is a nice atmosphere. Thank youβ
βI come in with my children and Partner after a long drive, lillie at the wacky warehouse, Went above and beyond, and was fantastic with the kids and overall great experience. Our food was spot on tasty, hot well presented and perfect portions I had the mixed grill and was definitely one of the best mixed grill Iβve had in a hunger house, So thank you to the Chef/chefs who cooked it. Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning.β
βAmazing food, friendly and helpful staff. Good portion sizes for the money. The picture is curried goat and rice. Definitely recommend.β

βBest fresh pizzas and kebabs by far want hot cooked food tender meat and crisp fresh salad this is the place. We like our cheese hot and bubbly here not abneamic and rushed out the door like most other places. Well worth the money cheers guys.β
βI've been coming here for a few years now, and I always get the food with shisha because, honestly, it's the best shisha in Southampton. Lately, I've been hooked on their chicken burgers and loaded friesβthey're seriously tasty! Today, I tried adding some onion rings and chicken wings. While I still love the chicken burgers and loaded fries, the wings and onion rings were a bit cold. The wings were still better than Wingstopβmeaty and juicy. The onion rings could've been a bit more golden, though. Overall, still a solid spot!β
βAbsolute slice of heaven! Such an incredible and unique house, it feels like youβre stepping back in time. Alan is one of the loveliest people Iβve ever had the pleasure to meet. He very kindly offered to take me and my horse for a ride with his gorgeous forest pony Smokey. We were out for hours talking away, even stopping at a pub with pens for the ponies. It was a lifelong dream come true, only made better by the pleasure of his company. We really enjoyed exploring the house, every wall has something historic to catch your eye. Going up to the observation tower is a must! Hope to be returning as soon as possible, having to leave was the only bad part. Would stay forever if I could!β
βWhat a great place for breakfast. You can walk around the nursery and then get a really good breakfast! They do bacon and eggs but also have the most amazing pastries!β
