“I can’t thank the girls at the hygiene centre enough after my first visit to abbey house hygiene centre today. From start to finish Lyndzi and Christie were extremely patient, caring and understanding. I’m a very nervous patient and they completely put me at ease, they explained everything to me, and did everything at my own pace. They work together so well, and have an amazing sense of humour. “The Dentist, Hygeinist and Dental Nurses were very patient, caring and reassuring with my Mum who has dementia. Mum had several appointments for her treatments and had every stage explained to her very clearly. The Receptionist was very understanding and helpful also. I would recommend this Dental Surgery.”

“The “Best Opticians “ I’ve visited in a while although I have a regular yearly appointment elsewhere. I have to say I’ve never felt more relaxed and been offered a drink of water or coffee a very personal experience and Courtney was great friendly and very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do next and why. Her colleagues were very friendly and chatted while she was attending other customers before my appointment. I didn’t need my glasses changing but Courtney just showed me frames because I’d mentioned I might need to change my frames for deeper frames because of my recent skin condition.”

The optician was a locum which is a regular occurrence so there’s less continuity in this area within the branch. The ladies out front are always helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I went to see a physiotherapist, very welcoming and polite, the wait was only 10 mins past appointment time, the stretched me up pretty good lol, jokes aside they have emailed me a detailed recovery plan to stick to also with option of if still struggling you can just ring them and make an appointment again if it was within a month of the last appointment, otherwise it would be re-referral from your gp. “Christina is very kind and gentle, even when she’s stabbing you with an injection. I struggle with sensory issues in my mouth and struggled every time with my previous dentist. Christina explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. I can’t explain how much this has eroded my dentist anxiety. She is lovely!! Also the vibes are impeccable.”

I've never had anything other than poundland readers before but it was time to get a "real" pair of glasses Had my eyes tested elsewhere but could not find any glasses that suited me until I visited Glyn Jones where I found the perfect pair. Neil took time to ensure they were a good fit and explained all of the lense options I settled on reactolight, varifocals He mentioned that it may take around two weeks to get used to them as I'd not had them before. After two weeks I was still struggling. Neil arranged for a full retest at Glyn Jones and found that the original prescription (done elsewhere) was faulty. New lenses were ordered and they are perfect. Will definitely be returning with other members of my family and would recommend to others without hesitation.”
