I didn’t get the name of the assistant who helped today (7/8/25 ~ 10:30am on the bike tills), but he went above and beyond to help with accessories for the bike and signing up for a care plan - even fitting the accessories so I was ready to ride home.”

“Me and my partner went into Footasylum for a gillet and the lady who served us was kind and informative. She seemed like the manger and she was lovely! I was looking for some shoes and they didn’t have them in stock but the same lady went out of her way to look for them on the converse website even though I didn’t ask (I did buy them so thank you!) She ask helped my partner with creating an account to save money in the future and talked him through the perks. Thank you again we will be back!!”
