“This is the only supermarket within 8 miles, so definitely a 5*. There is a large selection from fresh veg to homeware, deli, fresh bakery and a decent “free from” section. It’s not the cheapest but there can be some really good special offers if you look around. One other thing I like is that they stock local producers foods, like the range of Pimhill oats and the handmade cakes. The staff I’ve met are all very friendly and happy to help. With the co-op you would never have to leave Wem. However, when I do my big shops I will go into the big town.”

“I visited Tesco on Hibel Road today and I was fortunate enough to have been helped by a lovely woman named Ali. She was so helpful and kind. The Moneygram service is really difficult to deal with but she persisted until it worked. It was the kind of customer service we all wish for but rately get. That lovely lady deserves a raise & a holiday hahaha. Thank you Ali❤️”

“I had the best peri peri chicken from Chicken Village — I chose the medium flavour and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were incredibly juicy and full of flavour. My wife ordered the chicken fillet burger meal and she really enjoyed it; it was amazing as well. The delivery did take a little longer than expected, but since I ordered on the weekend when it’s usually very busy, it was understandable and acceptable overall.”

“Convenient without having to pay more than supermarket prices. Plenty of parking apart from school pick up times. Could do with a few more essential products but it's limited because of the size. Friendly staff.”

“My day has been eventful to say the least, Time was running out to collect my order so I called the Longton tesco extra letting them know I was delayed. Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent. I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track. Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets. She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service. I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award. Thank you Nicole.....”

“There were plenty of parking spaces available when I arrived. Although I ensured I had a pound coin, the trolleys were free and plentiful. I only required a few items, and found what I needed instantly. The store appeared to be clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff member on the till was friendly and gave service with a smile.”

“The best pharmacy in Crewe. The manager here was extremely helpful when Boots were unable to dispense my prescription, Boots were very unhelpful and simply said their supplier was out of stock! Leaving me without medication. Rowlands pharmacy ordered my medication in the next day, even before the GP issued my replacement prescription to Rowlands. This is now my nominated pharmacy. It is always very efficient and very short waiting times. Highly recommend.”

“I started to use this Co op store regularly now on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice Co op and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. I popped in on Saturday and a young man on the checkout was so helpful and kind all with a lovely smile his name was Shaun. Keep up the great work. Well done ✅. Yet another impressive visit. “Has most of what's needed. As with many Sainsburys the Holmes Chapel staff are really very helpful, including Jamie. A truly pleasant and cool individual that kindly told me that we're in a pandemic and they didn't accept cash for the items I wanted. I pointed out that the till sign said 'card whenever possible'. He started dancing. Great. I joined in.”

“I consulted the Pharmacist on a minor illness. She was professional and thorough. In a private consulting room she took me through the official procedure regarding the illness and provided solutions within the scope of the official process. Don't be satisfied with anything less. A 'chat' on the shop floor is not an acceptable alternative.”

I had an illness that doctor couldn’t help with and with the advise from Munim I got better after suffering all these years.”

“Amazing, first time trying here and evrything was tasty and fresh, cookie dough was insane, and we had some Nutella doughnuts, that where the freshist, and tastiest I've ever had and not grasy at all. The value is really good as well compared to the other dessert shops around here, would highly recommend and will be useing again.”
