“Called in on Saturday 3 August in search of à replacement for our dishwasher. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly but more than that, within 3 hours of choosing à new unit it had been delivered, installed and was ready to use. The 2 man installation team were very efficient, showed us how to use it, left everything clean and tidy and took away the old machine. Now that's what I call service!”

Busiest I've ever seen and queues at checkouts were long but shelves still well stocked and managers/ supervisors were organising more tills to be opened thanked everybody for waiting and even came round offering customers sweets. “I took my car here as my headlight wire had burned out and needed replacing. Initially they said they couldn't help, but one chap came along and said he would have a look. Within 15 mins he had replaced the burned wire and put in a new bulb for me! He was really friendly and helpful! I didn't catch his name but he honestly made my weekend! Will certainly be back!”

I didn’t get the name of the assistant who helped today (7/8/25 ~ 10:30am on the bike tills), but he went above and beyond to help with accessories for the bike and signing up for a care plan - even fitting the accessories so I was ready to ride home.”

“I recently bought a refurbished Macbook Air from the online store and my Apple ID wouldn't work. I was advised by an online agent to take it to a store, so went to Macclesfield. The staff member I spoke to was very polite and understanding, he went above and beyond to help and fixed the issue for me! I was worried I would have to return the laptop and wait for a replacement, so I was very pleased :)”
