βGo here for badminton on a Tuesday and Thursday. Good facilities and the staff always seem helpful. Could maybe do with a water fountain though as the vending machine can be pricey.β
βFirst time we have been, looks lovely as we had a look round, they do lots of classes but unfortunately for me the ones I would like to do are in the day and I work. We went aqua fit and we really enjoyed it and are going again if we can get in as we would like to go on a weekly basis, but the booking system as changed more as an advantage for the membership customers, but for us membership would cost more as there are no other classes that I would be able to do in the evening as previously mentioned.β
βVery Good Sports Centre Just Outside Shrewsbury Town Centre Would Highly recommendβ
βWe rented Rosehill for a multigen family weekend with 11 adults and 9 children and cannot recommend it highly enough. The grounds are beautiful, there is ample to keep children (and adults!) entertained, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We hired a private chef -Roots and Wings -for a Saturday adult dinner, also highly recommended. Overall, perfect for our needs.β
βWas quite anxious as my 7 and 10 yo went off in different direction. Staff friendly and had the use of AI life guarding, continually scanning swimmers and those in trouble. Rides where great, queues manageable, pools warm , food was a bit pricey. Parking free.β
βWent to the store this afternoon and found that a staff member went above and beyond to help he is a real credit to the store so thank you very muchβ
βStayed here for one night on the 2-day pass bundle. The bed was comfy, few little amenities like a kettle with tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits. A hairdryer was located in the draw on the dresser table. Plenty of clean soft towels. The TV worked which is useful no signal issues. Not too far a walk to the monorail to get into the park. Staff were helpful on arrival and check out. Plenty of parking after checking in at 4 p.m. Would recommend.β
βBarony park is a lovely place to walk around. We have a small dog and he loves the place. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy this place. Some of the trees have been removed, but there are some lovely new trees that have been planted, which enhance the area. The children's play area, skate park and gym also bring lots of different age groups together in one place. Highly recommend a visit, even if it is just to sit and people watch.β
βI didn't actually stay here but from the fantastic review from friends I picked up, they were over the moon with what was available for them, the children didn't stop, zip wire, endless list of equipment and each of the 14 rooms had a tv with fire sticks for Netflix etc, inside was a mac and computer games, loads of board games and also the hot tub was ready for arrival, massive bbq, large tables for a big family get together. Brilliant by the look of it.β
βShrewsbury sport village is an amazing place. As well as having a grey space for sports in the hall, bowling in the bowling centre, a large and small gym, spinning studio and box 12, it also has a lovely enclosed cycle track with bikes, outdoor courts and astro turf pitches. The staff as super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much for them in helping and supporting you. They have a lovely cafe area where you can have a drink and hot/cold food. They have an inclusive club they run for people with disabilities along with all inclusive bikes and the leader Paula along with the staff have created such a safe space for people it's just a pleasure to be there. Go along and see for yourself you won't regret it.β
βA great local leasure centre serving the local community, the staff on site were extremely friendly and helpful and the swimming lessons that were offered were at a good price over the Easter holidays. My daughter was sad to finish them. I have put her on the waiting list for other lessons. Good amount of parking and the pool was very cleanβ
βFirst time we visited it and it's a lovely little club and made as feel very welcome and friendlyβ
βHi fenton manor how wes swimming pool doing today is open tonightβ
βAnother Santa Sleepover and every year it doesn't disappoint! Our son is autistic and has additional complex needs, all of the staff are so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend The Secret Garden restaurant, the food was fantastic and you never had to wait long for the buffet to be refilled. Lovely staff, comfy beds, and great entertainment.β
βBrilliant! We are able to go with our son and some of his friends and only pay for them to go on, whilst we sit upstairs with a coffee where we can watch over them! The space itself is brilliant! The bouncy bit is extensive and there are lots of things to do from gladiator fighting with inflatable poles to climbing and sliding. Our son loves it here! The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the drinks are a decent quality. They even do slushies which is our sons favourite! Would highly recommend for a fun few hours for the kids!β
βVery nice park, another sport event nicely organisedβ
βThis is far the best park we've taken our 3 year old grandson to , it's absolutely lovely & we can't fault it , so much to do. Can't wait to take him again & to add take a picnic along too ... Definitely be spending more time on our next visit . There is a swimming pool on site & roller skating also ... shame all parks are not to this standard .β
βAfter taking the plunge and deciding to join, it has been nothing but a positive experience. Staff have been fantastic, so far. Looking forward to making positive steps with both my physical and mental health wellbeing.β
βBeen a member for many years & have made some good friends. There's usually an instructor available in the gym & the receptionists do their best to answer any queries. Sian is a lovely person who is very patient when serving drinks to a crowd! The only downside is when there are several machines out of action at the same time!β
βThe venues great with staff who make an effort to get to know you. If there's. any issues then they sort it outβ
βClean pool and excellent temperature for swimming. It was disappointing to see some customers ignoring the no shoes in the changing room area.β
βBrilliant little pool for kids of all ages, could do with a deep clean in the changing room and small pools. There was only two family changing rooms and one disabled so we found this a little difficult as a family of five with children with extra needs. The soft play could really do with a good clean but was fab for the kids whilst we queued.β
βGood for lane swimming in the evening. They have three sets of lanes fast, medium and slow. The slow lane is the widest and next to the steps.β
βNice little pool the pool is very clean and staff are very friendly.my child loves doing his swimming lessons here we travel from Stafford to stone as my son enjoys going. He had lessons at other pools but didn't like swimming teachers as they shout at him. But here they explain things to him he always comes out with smile..he doing so well in his lessons I Would recommend 100%β
βThis nursery is fantastic. We use the breakfast club, after-school club, and holiday clubs, and itβs always been a reliable and welcoming place for our family. The staff are friendly and approachable, with many long-standing team members, which creates a sense of consistency and trust. The environment is relaxed and feels like a home from home. Itβs exactly the kind of place I feel confident leaving my child.β
βFantastic service. Cheap prices!!β
βWhat a wonderful rental. Easy access from main road network. Superb facilities. Immaculately clean. Thank you for a super long weekend at the beginning of April. Look forward to visiting again soon.β
